• AOS commenced business 7 years ago in April 2008

• AOS is a niche management and actuarial consultancy, focused on advising large retirement funds, on how best to help members achieve their savings and insurance goals

• We advise retirement fund arrangements representing over 10 000 employers, 500 000 employees and over R120 billion of savings.

• AOS was founded by Neerejh Ramlakhan, an employee benefits actuary, with over 25 years’ experience spanning the insurance, health, investment, retirement and consulting industries.
