HALLAZGOS
• Masa unilateral, hipodensa con respecto al músculo, con áreas lineales isodensas en su interior (septos/sangre/realce) y foco puntiforme hiperdenso (calcio).
• Bordes bien definidos y afilados, con ángulos obtusos con respecto a la pared torácica.
• Desplaza los vasos pulmonares.
• Volumen pulmonar conservado.
• No afecta el tejido circundante.
