The change of temperature arrives in just the right measure and surprises us with springtime. Luckily, the passing of time means the days are now longer, the shade is necessary and the trees, condescending, sprout leaves. It is as if the whole system assumes the same behaviour; pieces of each organism, which had long remained asleep, wait to awaken of their own free will, ready to emerge. And forming part of it all, we also adapt ourselves freely to the change. Barcelona also embraces the same characteristics and lets itself go with the season’s whims, because the power of this phase, as with them all, does not belong completely to the city. All that is left, then, is to let oneself enjoy the cycle which is now opening: the good times and the good climate.

With such a diverse and varied origin like the themes of his photographs, Pancho (29) hails from Mexico City, but grew up in Israel and his family is from Argentina. He has been living in Barcelona for 20 years. Here, he studied a degree in mathematics (UAB) and a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence at the UPC.

When we ask him how photo appeared in his life, he tells us the following: “I tried to study photography a couple of times, but I always found myself in the part which attracts me the least (eternal chats about greyscale or how good this or that camera was).

I was lucky enough to know through experience that in photography the best way of progressing is by taking photos and more photos (of course, as in everything, it’s a question of opinion).”

“From a young age my photos have been published in magazines, I was able to exhibit them and even sell them. I continued with even more projects and they were even more abstract: music CD covers, a report on urban graphics in Barcelona, and some collective and individual exhibitions. Various collaborations with magazines like Rojo, LaMono, Belio…”

“Not long ago I released a series of postcards which are being sold in Barcelona (MACBA, CCCB, CaixaForum…) with a lot of success, I am almost out of stock and need to print a second batch :-). Soon I will have two small individual exhibitions in Barcelona: Fantastik (March 2008) and Duduá (June 2008)”.

“I like what’s there, what is at everybody’s reach but what is ignored. I like capturing those fragments of reality and showing them with a new image, a new colour, another light…”“To manipulate them so they radiate something from the scenery with more force”.

“Walking down the street, past my grandmother’s house, the markets, generates a tension which obliges me to be awake, looking at everything which surrounds me, with different perspectives. It is not so much looking for the fragments which deserve to be captured, but which fragments I am capable of portraying”.

Why Barcelona?

“Barcelona is a very comfortable place to live. A mix of cosmopolis and town. Perhaps what I like best is that it is a city you walk around in and even more now with bicing. In terms of photos, I don’t think it matters too much where I am to take them. Almost always I take photos when I am travelling, moving around, be it in Bangkok, Buenos Aires or buying bread on the street corner”.

“And now Barcelona because I am working at the university (UPC), I am with my wife (Catalina Estrada: www.katika.net ), peaceful and very happy. The only thing really missing from Barcelona is green. And sometimes, the energy of the third world. Here, perhaps the risks are too calculated”.

“In 2007, we edited our first LP with ten tracks, entitled Me Da Igual (distributed nationally). We did a presentation tour across the country and also presented our record on TVE, on a channel 2 programme called ‘Los Conciertos de Radio 3’, in November 2007, and we also released a new video.”

“Some tracks from our LP appear on several compilations, ‘Somos los Mods’ (Bip Bip Records), ‘Pret-a-Porter’ (Bonvivant Records), ‘Bendito Pop’ (Junk Distribución). In February 2008, we were interviewed for Tv3’s Loops programme on channel 33, where we spoke about the group, our influences and the Barcelona Mod scene. We are currently preparing the pre-production for our next record, which will be recorded in the middle of 2008.”

Their sound is that of an 80s band, a direct mod revival with sharp, incisive guitars. “Chicos del Sábado” were formed in Barcelona in 2004. Their “pop revival” style, which evokes English groups from the 60s and 70s, like The Small Faces, The Who and The Jam, also has a powerful personality which makes them “a real breath of fresh air in the mod community.”The Chicos del Sábado are Oscar Green (guitar and vocals), Victor Brown (guitar and backing vocals), Alex Pink (bass and backing vocals), Jaume Blue (drums and backing vocals) and Marcel Black (keyboards). They are all from Barcelona except Marcel (Chilean), who has lived here for six years.

“In 2005 we performed at the ‘This is the Modern World’ Mod culture festival in Barcelona, at La Paloma. We were interviewed for the Telecinco programme ‘No sólo Música’, a festival which more than 2,500 people take part in. Two of our songs also featured on the Bonvivant Records compilation ‘Moderno pero Español’. Later, we signed our first record contract with Bip Bip Records in Barcelona and recorded a five-track EP called Saturday Kids (distributed nationally). We began a country-wide concert tour and made two videos.”

Why Barcelona?“We are from Barcelona. Why we are here could be down to a lack of options or because of a pure passion for our city. The space between both options can be very narrow. We like to ride our Vespas, go out drinking, talk to people, play concerts, the fiestas in Gracia, talking to girls, selling the moto, organising parties, and we don’t like having to work!”

Catharsis“For us, the catharsis is produced the moment we take to the stage, start to play, communicate and have fun with the audience. Perhaps that is one of the things which most distinguish the Chicos del Sábado from other groups”.

At , www.myspace.com/chicosdelsabado you can hear some of the songs from the LP Me Da Igual. The band’s only concert currently confirmed for this year is that of the 2008 Gracia fiestas, but there will surely be many more before that.

Born in La Plata, Argentina, Peca has in lived in Barcelona for the last seven years. She has taken courses in plastic arts, specialising in lithography, some musical composition, cinema, animation, glass-blowing and staining. She has exhibited on numerous occasions and won prizes in plastic arts, painting and lithography; achieved both in her home country and in Spain, where she has also been recognised in the world of short films, with “Stop Motion”, which she produced alongside Hernán Cieza (Mono). She has collaborated with magazines such as Sex Humor and Rolling Stone, too.

Certain infantile touches can be perceived in her work, but these are also dark and full of detail, catching you little by little; but we will let the reader make his/her own mind up about Peca’s art.

Why Barcelona?

“At the beginning of 2001 I came here, looking to move away from the climate which Argentina was living before the crisis, and get out of the economic standstill we were condemned to. When we arrived –I came with Mono, my companion– Barcelona was another city, with much less control, with a different feeling, there was a natural communion with the place and between the people arriving from so many different places. But that didn’t last long, and after the twin towers the world went crazy. Control and paranoia grew, a large part of that communion was lost and we all went inside”.

“Even so, I think Barcelona is still a good place to live, what happened here is a change that took place on a large scale and we still haven’t got used to it. But I love the city itself, I love the mix of people who have come together. I feel that’s it my city. If I had to change something, I would take out some of the police, and that way I think we could restructure the natural order”.

Catarsis

Catharsis

“I chose these works to publish because they are the ones which most resemble a cathartic work, almost like a mechanic and infantile game. The rest of the things I am working on at the moment are a lot less like that, in general they are very laborious and planned, especially Stop Motion… the animation is a hard job which requires a lot of concentration. The catharsis comes later when you see the results, the energy is let out and the action completed”.

“I prepared a file with some pieces I had done off my own back and I literally took to the street to visit magazines and agencies. First, I started with free magazines and then the serious work began to come in. The truth is I had a very good response and I couldn’t believe my luck. My evolution has been very natural and progressive, I think. Doing professional work makes you more professional and that way, one job has led to another. I am still not close to where I want to be, although the good thing about this profession is that each job is a satisfaction and a surprise. I know I am, at most, halfway there and it is far too early to relax.”

”Illustrator by vocation and genetic heredity”, is how he describes himself. Oscar has spent most of his life in Barcelona, his city of birth. However, the time he has spent in England and Mexico has left quite an impression on him. He currently lives in the Catalan capital.

“I grew up in the studio of my father, who was a designer and illustrator, but I watched him fight hard to achieve a certain stability (because the profession wasn’t valued in the same way as it is now), so I decided to take another route. I therefore ended up studying translation and interpretation in English and German, and became a translator and language teacher for a few years. In the end, I decided that if I didn’t try to do what really motivated me and made me happy, I would spend the rest of my days a bitter and grumpy professor.”

Barcelona

Barcelona

“Barcelona has always given me peace. I lived away for long periods of time, but I always wanted to come back to Barcelona. This is where I decided to settle once and for all, and try to grow personally and professionally, so being here means a lot to me. It can be a great city to wander around in and socialise, although it is packed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Maybe that’s the worst thing, the saturation wherever you go.”

“Doing what I enjoy and deciding to take that route was the great cathartic moment in my life, I think. I came up against a new world full of changes, which I am still experiencing.

¿Qué tanto difiere Anja productora a Anja DJ?

In order that things turn out well and especially so these days, multiplication is the key; for better results, it is not wise to put all of your eggs in one basket, but instead to be congruent, and diversify; the more, the better. Perhaps following that premise has allowed Anja Schneider to reap the benefits. Quadrupling herself, she has become an important figure in Berlin’s electronic scene, has seen her tracks mixed by DJs across the world and been able to recruit a string of new artists with potential. Producer, DJ, owner of her own label (Mobilee Records) and German radio personality, Anja Schneider shows us that there is plenty of future in diversification.

Since 2000, she has had her own slot on Fritz Radio in Germany. One of the peculiarities of the programme is that she freely reveals the names of the tracks she uses in her sets, which is unusual these days as DJs jealously keep their cards close to their chests.

She recently created the label Mobilee, which with more than 30 references aims to stand out in the competitive Berlin market, with fresh, groovy, minimalist deep house sounds; all about melody and feeling. Finally Anja could also describe herself with four words: sentiment, movement, depth and clarity.

How would you define your personal music style? If it’s really necessary to describe, I would say hypnotic pumping techno with a lot of funk.

How does Anja differ in terms of feeling when producing and DJing? Do you try to reflect this in the spirit of mobilee? It’s difficult to compare DJing and producing. DJing is of course much more interactive and spontaneous. You can feel direct reactions from the audience but you mostly use the music produced by other people to create something. As a producer you work on your own in a studio and work for days on one track and it´s a different emotional experience because you open your heart in another way. I love to DJ because I love to be with people and love to go to interesting places and it makes me quite happy to give the audience a good time.Of course everything I’m doing is reflecting my personal life and even on my work as label owner at mobilee. You always have to reflect yourself and what’s going on out there to develop.

This genre already boasts many labels, particularly in Berlin. What do you think is special about mobilee? How does the label stand out from the rest?We are trying to keep a high quality level in all sections of the production, design and what we are doing to push the label and the artists. We want every release to be something special and not a copy of any big hits. The result of our success is maybe that we work as a collective. We are all working very closely together on a friendship base.

There are differences between male and female DJs. Why do you think female DJs have such a special connection with the audience?I think women in general have a better intuition. We are working very concentrated, don’t take ourselves too seriously but always do a serious job. I can´t speak for all my female colleagues of course. Everyone is different. I just concentrate on myself.

There are very few women DJs who stand out on stage (at least in terms of popularity). Why do you think that is? I think there are quite a lot of very good and successful female DJs in the world. And new talents are coming up and developing in the scene. It’s more and more usual that women are DJing and adding a different style and attitude to the club circus. All of them are playing on the same level as their male colleagues.

Radio is a massive popular medium. It was more so before. How do you intend to popularise electronic music without making it commercial?I have nothing against commercialising. At least we all can be happy if we are reaching more people with our sounds and ideas and can be proud of getting more people interested for our music. You just have to be honest to yourself every time and not only focus on doing something commercial or something that works for a wider audience. If you hit the taste of a big audience by just doing what you feel, I think it’s wonderful.

Moving forward in time, after minimal, how do you see the future of electronic music?I guess the melodies are coming back, we will find more harmonies, more warm sounds again and tracks who last longer than a few weeks hopefully and are really recognisable in between the flood of electronic music.

How would you describe Barcelona?LOVELY AND BEAUTIFUL!

What next for Anja in 2009? More Mobilee or more DJing? Any new projects? I’m releasing my debut album “ Beyond The Valley” on the 7th of May this year and I am going on a very big tour together with our mobilee visual artists Okinawa 69 and my co-producer Paul Brtschitsch. Watch out we are ready to blow your mind. Will be another exciting year for me and mobilee.

Renovation is one of the keys to survival and through it, music opens up new paths. The leaders in this field have found by way of fusion an opportunity, a new path within these new tendencies.

Gogol Bordello Ethnicity and multi-culture to the full. Gogol Bordello is a punk band formed in New York in 1999 by Eugene Hütz, refugee in several countries following the Chernobyl disaster. Submerged in punk from 13 years old, the fatal need to leave his nation led him to find his gipsy roots and begin to explore himself.

In the United States, the contact with so many diverse cultures allowed him to express himself more easily as an artist. The band is made up of immigrants from Eastern Europe, and the same conceptualisation of its name proposes an incursion of the gipsy music of that region, in the English-speaking world.

Like all good artists, they say this fusion came about naturally, with the intellectual aim focusing on the lyrics; the challenge was therefore to introduce the gipsy ideology to the minds of those far away from that culture. And in their work, the natural energy of traditional gipsy music and the people who sing it and play it, shines through. Their discography begins with Voi-La Intruder (1999), continuing in 2002 with Multi Kontra Culti vs. Irony, and then in 2005 with Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike and the EP East Infection. Their last work, Super Taranta! (2007) has brought them to the fore in this genre.

The philosophy of these works reflects and summaries the possibility music has to harmonise the contradictions of life (at least for the short length of a song) and that music, like art, can transform negative energy into positive forces, and inspire an individual action. This multi-cultural aspect makes the result rather unpredictable, but at the same time complements the sound. That sound is made by the guitar and vocals of Eugene Hütz (Ucrania), the violin of Sergey Ryabtsev (Rusia), the accordion of Yuri Lemeshev (Rusia),

the guitar of Oren Kaplan (Israel), the bass of Thomas Gobena (Etiopia), the drums of Eliot Ferguson (Estados Unidos), percussion of Pedro Erazo (Ecuador) and the performance and percussion of Pamela Jintana Racine and Elizabeth Sun (Thai-American/Chinese-Scottish). Among their influences they have named Jimi Hendrix, Joy Division and even Manu Chao. They have dabbled in other artistic areas, notably with the film Everything Is Illuminated, in which Eugene Hütz plays one the main characters; several members of the band also appear. Madonna considered them for a short film she directed in 2008 called Filth and Wisdom. Several members of the band take part in alternative projects such as Balkan Beat Box and J.U.F. (Jewish-Ukrainian Freundschaft), which means Jewish-Ukrainian camaraderie.

Balkan Beat BoxCreated in 2004 by Tamir Muskat and Ori Kaplan –producer and member of Gogol Bordello respectively-, Balkan Beat Box brings together musicians and composers gifted with expression. It is considered a musical reaction to eliminate political borders, as they themselves explain: “if our ears have no borders, why should we have them?” Knowing their roots and many diverse cultures, they collaborate with artists from Morocco, Spain, Palestine and Bulgaria among others, giving shape to this project.

Their sound is a mix of electronic sounds (trance and techno) with elements of Mediterranean, Jewish, Balkan, European and American music, but always with the gipsy intention which concretes their offering. They have two works to date and their self-named debut album Balkan Beat Box (2005) brings together French heavy metal samples with Arabic lyrics, electronic beats and even kitchen utensil sounds. An exotic sound, which is difficult to describe due to the unique mixture of melodies. Un-Med (2007) is their second and latest project, which sees a combination of beats, vocals and rhythms form a multi-cultural explosion.

Both are worth listening to, two blenders filled with sounds and rhythms which bring the gipsy sound to the fore and at the same time give it the recognition it deserves for its presence and influence in the music scene.

Esta caja contiene el material incluido previamente en los álbumes “On The Corner”, “Big fun” y “Get Up With It”.

Herbie Hancock, Head Hunters.Weather Report, Sweetnighter.

The complete on the corner sessions

urban CATARSIS_ urban CATARSIS_

On this occasion, we are going to focus on the world of jazz-fusion, a genre basically invented by the master Miles Davis. He was a great jazz trumpeter but above all a vanguard composer and musical visionary who changed not only one, but several times the direction and rules established in jazz music. Let’s start with the 6 CD box-set on sale since last year: “The Complete On The Corner Sessions”, seemingly the last box-set of this series to compile material from the recording sessions of albums such as: “Bitches Brew”, “In A Silent Way” and “A Tribute To Jack Johnson”. Eight compilation boxes which went on to win awards.

The quality and content are both excellent, starting with the incredible package design: a metal exterior box with a galvanised, golden finish, contrasting with the colour of the original album cover illustrations, done by Corky McCoy. The other part of the box is like a book with a metal spine, from which you can access the CD cases and an informative booklet of approximately 120 pages; with all the information about the sessions and every single track, points of view and comments from the musicians, production data and numerous photos and illustrations, not to mention the best thing of all, the music itself. The box contains the material previously included on the albums “On The Corner”, “Big fun” and “Get Up With It”. Also included are all of the takes for these sessions between ‘72 and ‘75, and 12 unfinished tracks.

What else can be found? A fusion of rhythms; rock, funk, blues, world music are among the most identifiable sounds, and the result is a musical sound which will blow your mind. These are not crude mixes simply thrown together and which we have already listened to, but the creation of a whole innovative, aggressive and provocative musical concept; the work of a high class jazz man who sometimes listened to Hendrix and Sly Stone, and opted to set his stall on a risky and vertiginous experimentation. Leaving behind the opinions of purist critics who (by the way) destroyed him at the time; even risking his own musical reputation. This tendency began with the record “In a Silent Way” and also manifested itself in all its glory on the masterpiece “Bitches Brew”.

This box-set represents the continuity of this experiment which many call the “electric” stage (because of the prevalence of electrical instruments). Miles’ project was supported by musicians of the highest quality: Al Foster, Herbie Hancock, Keith Jarret, John McLaughin, Chick Corea, Jack DeJohnette, Pete Cosey, Bennie Maupin to mention a few, and this part is very curious because, just like the king Midas, every musician recruited by Miles was turned into gold.

His influence touched every one of the musicians so deeply that all of them followed the path of experimentation and developed impressive careers of their own; there is no space to talk about each one here, but if you like the box-set, your inertia will lead you to investigate their trajectories: it is like a kind of genealogical tree of musicians and projects all growing from the roots laid down by Miles Davis.

In the booklet you will find all kinds of technical information, above all regarding the relationship between Miles and his brilliant producer Teo Macero. The music sounds better than ever due to the 24-bit re-mastering digital system. This box is definitely worth buying. Wait a while and save yourself some money, but when you buy it, you will soon realise you are listening to the roots of genres such as acid jazz, drum & bass, electronic and many more.

If you like this, listen to:Miles Davis, Bitches Brew.Herbie Hancock, Head Hunters.Weather Report, Sweetnighter.

Even though the city is in permanent transformation, the infrastructure is continuous and the spaces constant. The places we inhabit now and conceive as our won: our dining room, our kitchen, the park in our neighbourhood, have not always been just ours. Flats reformed only in appearance, avenues paved on top of the ones which already existed; the same streets, the same buildings, the same rooms but with different people and different stories. That is how the spaces reconstruct themselves in the city, to give meaning to the present; because adapting our time, retrospective Barcelona is the constant and we are the moment.

BUCAREST ‘07 PG13

For all of those with a thirst for exciting, new talent, it is reassuring to know that it can appear at any time and from anywhere. Just a few years ago, Romania was barely on the cinematographic map, but it can now be considered one of the main hotbeds for admirable films in Europe and even the world.

With a great variety of themes and an exceptional quality, Romanian cinema has dedicated itself to exploring its new democracy and what that represents for its individuals, as well as the collective post-Ceaucescu resentment; producing at times a humorous style which is peculiar but at the same time universal.

Its new creators (Cristo Puiu, Cristian Mungiu and Corneliu Porumboiu are the most notable) have embellished and impacted both critics and the world’s audience; collecting prizes and nominations on the most important European and American circuits, like Cannes and New York, as well as enjoying significant success internationally at the box office.

Romanian cinema is in fashion and with good reason. In order to be able to enjoy it at its very best, here are 10 essential titles:

There may be a vast amount of tributes to the most famous English group already out there, but this soundtrack has something special. Perhaps it’s because of the musical context or the participation of artists such as Bono. What is certain is that this excellent production is one of the best Beatles compilations to have come out in recent years.

There are those who say winter is the best time to visit Prague. They argue that the Czech capital is more authentic, more enigmatic and real during the cooler months than in other times of the year. The theory is good, but in practice, it’s rather flawed. Because it’s cold. Bloody cold!Visiting Prague in winter-time forces the traveller to spend much of the day inside consuming coffee, tea, mulled wine, or anything else warm. In such cold weather, being inside is not only a luxury, it is a necessity. But in such a stunning place, it is also a terrible waste.

THE AREA

Below Prague’s castle is Mala Strana, an old market quarter which has become one of the city’s most picturesque and charming districts.

Located away from the busy centre, it is less chaotic than other areas and will give you a deeper glimpse into the city’s soul.

In the summer heat, the city is unrecognisable. But spring in Prague is different. The spring of 1968 was witness to an important period of political liberalisation here, and 40 years on, the visitor will discover a Prague which is more liberal than ever, modern and free of the ills stemming from a turbulent history. With its ancient taverns, dreamy buildings, fashionable shops, chic bars and music festivals, today’s Prague is all style, mystery, elegance and charm. So as the cold weather steps aside and the sun shines down, let Bohemia’s capital seduce you in springtime.

AFUERA

OUTSIDE

The riverside parks of Stromovka and Letna offer peace, tranquillity and stunning views of the city. In summer, there are two artificial beaches here with bars and volleyball courts.

EventYear=2008&EventMonth=03

one of the city’s best –albeit expensive– places to eat. More reasonable and just as authentic is Branicky Sklipek (Vodickova 2), whose pork dishes are the envy of all Prague.

L’Enfer Rouge (Jakubska, 2) is a cocktail bar popular with locals and visitors, with a club downstairs. Barock (Parizska, 24) is another popular haunt, while Tretter’s Bar (V Kolkovni, 3) has over 200 cocktails and La Bodeguita del Medio (Kaprova, 5) is a hit with the Latin crowd If you are in the mood for dancing, Karlovy Lazne (Novotneho Lavka) and Duplex (Plaza Wenceslas) are good options.

IN MARCH

There are many events on in Prague through March. Check them out here: www.pragueexperience.com/events/events.asp?EventYear=2008&EventMonth=03

PLACES

Travellers Hostel Island (www.travellers.cz) and Pension Unitas (www.unitas.cz) are two cheap-sleep options, while the latter is a converted prison where former Czech President Vaclav Havel once spent a night. The City Centre Hotel (www.city-centre.cz) offers a bit more comfort but is still reasonable and will give you a free night if you stay for a week. There is an ever-growing number of international restaurants in Prague, but if you’re looking for local fare, try V Zatisi (Liliova, 1),

FROM BCN

Iberia (www.iberia.com), Czech Airlines (www.czechairlines.com) and Clickair (www.clickair.es) all fly between Barcelona y Prague, although low fares are hard to come by unless you book well in advance.

Instant online messages are almost indispensable when it comes to communicating in the cyber world. MSN Messenger

is about to celebrate its tenth anniversary and has been able to constantly adapt to the needs of its users,

creating a complete platform for communication. Even so, this medium remains undeniably impersonal and cold, and

although we have the option of making it more friendly by way of the video calls, there is something nice about

the certain anonymity we have when we are using it, as well as the personal touch we can add with our messages.

That gave rise to expressive icons better known as “emoticons” or “smiles”, those faces with human expressions

which add more emotion to a conversation in this largely impersonal medium. What better way to express yourself

then, than by creating your own emotional icons! Easy GIF Animator is an easy-to-use programme made for creating

animations, smiles, buttons or banners; here’s how:Download Easy GIF Animator at

http://easy-gif-animator.softonic.com and install it.With a programme for editing images,

(like PAINT, which is included on all computers), edit the images which appear in your animation. It is

recommended that the photographs or images are in a series, so that the animation has better continuity

in its movement. Save them as JPG and try to make sure that none of the images are greater than 20KB.

agregado todas pulsa “next”.

icons every time you open the programme.Meanwhile, this programme gives you the perfect excuse to get out that collection of flirty photos which had been gathering dust in the loft. Smile!

When you have all of the images, open Easy GIF Animator and follow the steps of the wizard in order to create animations:

Press “create a new animation”Search for and add images by using “add image”and when you have done so,press “next”.

You will now be asked if you want the animation to repeat indefinitely or a certain amount of times,

You will now be asked if you want the animation to repeat indefinitely or a certain amount of times,

choose the option you desire. If you choose the option of repeating the image indefinitely, your animation

will be bigger than if you choose a specified amount of repetitions. It’s important to stress

file that, because to be able to use it in your Messenger account, the animation must be no larger than 150 KB.

You will then be asked the time lapse you want between images. The less time there is between

images, the quicker the animation will seem. Now you will be given three options for placing the image

on the canvas. “Resize to” is the recommended option. In the work space, all of the images you have chosen

for the animation will appear. You can retouch them for the last time with the edit bar on the side.

To see it working, go to the toolbar and press the “play” button or choose the “preview” option. Now save it and there

you have it, your very own personalised GIF animation. Now you can use it in Messenger.
