Working on a ten-person team of designer and developers, we developed the brand identity including: logo, letterhead, website, promotional video, product photography, and marketing materials. My role was a production designer creating the stationary and marketing pieces.

Working with the owners as a freelance designer, I designed the logo, created the layout of the menu, vinyl signs and banners, business cards, coffee labels, a rubber stamp, customer loyalty cards, and set up all Social Media accounts including their online Store.

Junior Graphic DesignerWalla Walla University

As a Junior Graphic Designer for the Department of Technology at Walla Walla University, I designed marketing materials utilizing print materials and design principles. Adhering to all brand guidelines for the University.

1. Banner and poster design promoting a new course, Introduction to Digital Photography.

2. Rackcards to promote courses in the Department of Technology. Creative Direction by Cory Campbell, the booklet and brochure designed by Patricia Roe and the Spring Report video producted by Brandon Lehman.

As a Print Production Intern at the Wide Format Company in Bellevue, WA, I learned industry standards for large format printing, print production techniques, and print machine operations. Printing machines that I worked with were: HP, Canon, Epson, AGFA, and OCE. My duties included document set up of client’s projects for printing. Printing banners, posters, vinyl graphics, preparing vinyl graphics for application, and finishing work on projects to ready them for client pickup.

Product PackagingBook Cover Designs

This project showcases book cover designs made for a Classic Novel Series. These novels have had a deep impact on the modern literary world and have inspired the production of various films. Each cover has a graphic image that provides a visual summary of what the reader will expect to encounter in the novel. Each novel has many themes but all of these authors depict a unique futuristic world and shows us the right ideals that mankind should up hold!

1. Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.

2. The Time Machine by H.G. Wells.

3. The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.

4. Brave New World & Brave New World Revisited by Aldous Huxley.

Each print piece is a personal project exploring the use of imagery, composition, color, typography, textures, the use of design elements, and print production.

1. Pride & Prejudice: designed in Adobe Illustrator, tabloid size poster design.

2. Mānana Soda Company: packaging design, label design and assembly.

3. Australia: created in Adobe Photoshop, tabloid size travel advertisment.

4. ‘Bullitt’: created in Adobe Photoshop, a DVD cover design of a classic crime thriller.

5. Aloha Calendar: design and layout completed in Adobe InDesign using personal photography.
