  • Un recin nacido cuyo ombligo despide mal olor. Duerme en el cochecitoUna lactante de 2 meses con dificultad para respirar, que sonre a su madre.Nia de 5 aos que ha tenido fiebre hasta 40C y que se queja al orinar. Est hablando con su madre.Una nia de 12 aos con dolor de cabeza. Suele tener cefaleas. Est plida, tumbada sobre su madre en la silla.EN EL SERVICIO SALUD : CONSULTAquin tiene prioridad?

Su pediatra le palpa una masa dura en hemiabdomen derecho. Aspecto normal.Lactante con fiebre de 40,5C. En su casa ha presentado una convulsin febril. Aqu duerme tranquilo.Nio asmtico con dificultad respiratoria las ltimas horas. No veo signos de distrs. Habla sin problemas. Buen colorquin tiene prioridad?
