Prior to this Presentation• Pt slept in AvOasys for Astig

lenses the night prior– Had been in the sun by a 

pool• Water exposure was minimal • Pain 7/10• No SPK, No AC Rxn, No PA 

Node• I Rx'd Zylet q2h and said come 

back Thurs• Thurs he had 3+ diffuse spk in 

addition to above, but no dendrites or infiltrates.

• I added Maxitrol ung qhs. • Today he presented as you 

see. – I think I fed HS a steroid. 

• I told pt stop all above and start Viroptic q2h + 500mg Valtrex tid. 

• HS is truly the great masquerader
