The Artisan Burger Co, is a unique fast casual high end burger concept,specializing in superior burgers, hot dogs and fused juices. The conceptexudes charm and spirit through its modern yet heritage based recipes,cooking style, and branding.

From a competitive standpoint, the Artisan Burger Co’s significant businessadvantage is the focus on fresh home-made artisan cuisine. This provides anedge over the typical competition who generally opts to buy in pre-madeproducts, and essentially a standardized yet unexciting menu range.

Signature products include a lamb burger with saffron sauce and grilledsalmon burger with creamy spinach, pine nuts and asparagus, in addition toa Kobe beef hot dog .
