El Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite entra dentro de la nueva gama de equipos de bajo coste de Samsung, tal y como denota la coletilla “Lite”. Con un diseño similar al de la anterior generación, el modelo se coloca como un tablet cómodo y compacto gracias al formato y tamaño de su pantalla. Y es que el display mantendrá una diagonal de siete pulgadas. No obstante, los principales cambios son apreciables debajo de la carcasa.

Formato y pantalla

El nuevo Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite no representa significativos cambios en la carcasa respecto a la anterior versión. Mantiene el diseño que en su día estrenó el Samsung Galaxy S3 y que desde entonces se ha repetido en las tabletas de la firma. En lo que al tamaño de la carcasa viene determinado por el propio panel multitáctil. Sus medidas son de 193.4 x 116.4 x 9.7 milímetros, sifucientes para dar cabida aun panel LCD de siste pulgadas y 1.024 x 600 píxeles de resolución. La firma no especifica más detalles tales como si está provista de una capa pro-tectora o el tipo de panel incluido.

Cámara y multimedia

Por precio y orientación en el mercado de bajo coste, la tableta Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite no ofrece grandes lujos en lo que a la cámara digital se refiere. Sam-sung ha incluido esta vez un sensor de tan solo dos megapíxeles y sin flash LED. Aún así, el equipo está dotado de la potencia suficiente para reproducir vídeos FullHD a 30 cuadros por segundo.

Procesador, memoria y conectividad

En el apartado técnico este Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite presenta ciertas carac-terísticas básicas como son el tipo de procesador . En esta ocasión la marca ha optado por dar cabida a un chip Dual Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 con una frecuencia de funcionamiento de 1.2 GHz que, por otra parte, será suficiente para que el usuario básico se entretenga con las herraminetas del tablet sin percibir un bajo rendimiento.

Respecto a la memoria RAM, el dispositivo “Lite” no es tan pequeño puesto que integra en la placa 1 GB. En cuanto al sistema de almacenamiento interno, la presencia de un módulo de memoria flash de 8 GB se puede ver complementado por hasta 32 GB de memoria externa tipo microSD.

La parte inalámbrica no presenta demasiados cambios respecto a anteriores versiones ya que el modelo lucirá una conexión WiFi N con función WiFI Direct y Hotspot, además de Bluetooth 4.0 yGPS compatible con el sistema GLONASS.
