Preparation In 2 cups of water, blend the peanuts with the corn, garlic onion and cilantro. Boil the water with the pieces of hen.

When the hen is soft, add the mix of peanuts, corn, garlic, onion and cilantro. Season with salt to taste. Wait until the hen is completely soft and all the ingredients are cooked. Serve with some yucca.
