Fue constituido en Lima en el año 1968, por su fundador el Dr. Carlos Torres y Torres Lara, quien fuera Primer Ministro, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Presidente del Congreso y padre de la actual Constitución Política de Estado.
Durante cinco décadas hemos acumulado una importante experiencia en el ámbito jurídico, económico y administrativo, poniéndola al servicio de nuestros clientes, personas naturales y jurídicas, para que realicen sus actividades en los distintos sectores de la producción de bienes y servicios.

Torres y Torres Law Firm was established in 1968 by its founder Carlos Torres y Torres Lara, who was Prime Minister, Minister of External Relationships, President of the Peruvian Congress and father of the current Political Constitution of State.

Vive como residente en Lima, pero mantiene una oficina legal en Estados Unidos.
