LIBRO VI OPERACIONES DE MERCADO ABIERTO Artículo 55 (OPERACIONES EN EL MERCADO SECUNDARIO DE VALORES) El Banco Central del Uruguay podrá realizar operaciones de mercado abierto con valores negociables emitidos por el Poder Ejecutivo o empresas o entidades públicas y privadas, o emitidos por el propio Banco. La tenencia de dichos valores estará sujeta a las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias existentes en la materia.
