The founder members are part of a law firm composed of professional lawyers, economists and experts in tax ad-vice - at the service of their clients. It also has a more than adequate infrastructure in order to cater for the whole of the Spanish territory.

They have been linked to the business world for more than 20 years. The areas of Commercial and Civil Law to-gether with its own specialisation of Tourism Legislation and International Investments prompted by the world-wide expansion of its clients, have contributed to the steady increase and proven expertise of the whole legal team. Joining forces with lawyers’ offices which have been collaborating for many years is definitely part of its future plans.

Towards the end of the 1980s, J.A. Alarcón made some contacts with legal companies in countries in which the expansion of the tourist trade called for a professional service with some guarantees.
