Company has strong market share and it offers vast selection of finest hand knotted carpets. It is one of the leading companies in its own field in Scandinavia. Innovative touch to the business: the selection covers also modern hand knotted carpets and custom made carpets according to customers wish. This possibility to order "on demand"  is highly especially appreciated by designers and architects. Hand knotted  carpets are imported from all carpet producing countries in the world.

CLASSICAL hand knotted oriental carpets consist the foundation of the inventory. History of oriental carpets is over 2000 years old: the technique and raw materials have been the same trough centuries.  Oriental carpets are knotted in  variety of qualities, sizes, and designs, depending on where they are made.

Finest of these masterpieces are hand selected by Imperial Matto from the countries of origin or they are produced specially for the company. This makes the selection unique and original. The company has experience and tradition of tree generations of working with the most  app and reputable producers of the world.

IMPERIAL MATTO is famous and proud of its innovative modern line of carpets. Each piece is hand knotted according to old methods using only premium quality raw materials like silk and wool. The designs have striking new look to fit contemporary interiors and they spice up nicely more classical furnishing too!

There is vast collection of designs, colors materials and qualities available, varying from geometrical designs to floral, from pastel colors to tanned natural shades.  Plain colors are as well ready in stock: starting  from plain whites to dramatic blacks!

PRODUCTS ON DEMAND

Hand knotted carpets can be produced according to customers wish in any size quality, quantity, color, shape, finishing or design. The only limit is actually imagination! Imperial Matto has long experience in offering  reliable tailor made carpet services to its customers. All our carpets are made from natural fibers only.  

Imperial Matto provides also  in house design facilities in order to help customers to design carpets.  Apple Macintosh workstations are used and equipped with all needed programs like PhotoShop to provide  realistic color proofs before the project is sent to production. All color, material and design samples are available in our showroom, including  designer boxes.
