Le lame sgombraneve universali della serie Unix rivoluzioneranno i vostri metodi di lavoro, grazie all’unione dei vantaggi, in

termini di velocità e di sicurezza di lavoro, di una lama sgombraneve alla versatilità di un vomere.

Questa attrezzatura si presta perfettamente allo sgombero neve nei centri urbani, anche con alto innevamento, dove si

incontrano pavimentazioni difficili come pavè o ciottolato, è frequente la presenza di ostacoli ed è necessario adattarsi a

diverse situazioni.

Configurazione a vomere: la forma del volvente e il sistema di superamento dell’ostacolo permettono di lavorare ad alte

velocità come una lama tradizionale, in tutta sicurezza e con un ottimo comfort.

Configurazione a lama: il volvente molto alto ed aperto si presta all’apertura e all’allargamento di tratti innevati grazie ad

un’ottima evacuazione. E’ inoltre ideale per operazioni in passaggi stretti.

Configurazione a cucchiaio: Questa posizione è ideale per sgomberare parcheggi, piazzali o nel caso in cui non si possa

spingere la neve a lato in presenza di passi carrabili, incroci o strettoie.

Una lama sgombraneve Unix mostra tutti i vantaggi di un lama a geometria variabile grazie anche a NEOTECH 2S, il coltello

di raschiamento flessibile a singolo segmento, realizzato in neoprene “HD bi-shore”.

Questo coltello di raschiamento presenta molti vantaggi grazie alla sua naturale flessibilità, come la capacità di pulire

strade con un profilo irregolare, emettere bassissimi livelli di rumore e vibrazioni durante le operazioni di sgombero e

assicurare una durata lavorativa eccezionale.

Queste qualità combinate con l’angolo di attacco negativo garantiscono la protezione dagli urti radenti; l’impianto idraulico

invece è predisposto per assorbire gli urti laterali, consentendo una guida sicura in ogni configurazione.

La serie Unix comprende diverse grandezze (US, UR, UL e UM), utilizzabili a partire da veicoli leggeri, trattori, pale gommate o fino a

veicoli commerciali pesanti, porta-attrezzi o trattori di potenze anche superiori a 200 CV.

Sono disponibili tutte le principali tipologie di piastre per attacco rapido standard ed è anche possibile costruirne su specifica cliente.

Posizioni di lavoroIl particolare design della colonna centrale, che ingloba la cerniera della rotazione di ciascun’ala, consente di assumere qualunque angolazione da -40° in posizione a vomere fino a +32° in posizione a lama o cucchiaio.

Unix US, UR, UL ed UM

The Unix range snow plough will revolutionize your work methods, thanks to the combination of the advantages of a one-side

plough to the versatility of a variable v-plough concerning both working speed and safety.

This equipment it’s best suited for urban snow clearing, also with high snow falls, where it’s normal work with difficult

pavements as cobblestone, it’s frequent the presence of obstacles and it’s necessary to adapt to many situation.

One-side plough configuration: the shape of the mouldboard, combined with the override protection, allow a safe high

speed working with the optimal comfort of a standard plough.

Wedge plough configuration: the high and open profile of the mouldboard enable an excellent evacuation from the outline, making

it suitable for re-opening a road or widen a snow bank on road side. It is also ideal to operate in narrow passages.

Shovel plough configuration: this configuration it’s perfect to clean parking lots, squares or in every case it is not possible

clear aside the snow, as in presence of narrow passages, crossroads or private driveway.

A Unix snow plough shows every benefit of a variable geometry plough thanks also to NEOTECH 2S, the single-segment

flexible scraper blade made from neoprene “HD bi-shore”.

This scraper blade features many advantages due to its flexible nature, such as the ability to clear road whit uneven profile,

a low level of noise and vibrations emission and an exceptional working life.

All this qualities, combined with the negative attack angle, ensures the override protection; while the hydraulic system it’s

prepared to absorb the lateral shocks enabling a safe driving in every configuration.

The Unix range includes different size (US, UR, UL e UM) that could be installed on light duty vehicle, tractors, wheel loaders up to

heavy duty truck, implement carriers or tractor with more than 200 hp.

All the main quick change interface standards are available and it’s also possible made it on customers specifics.

Die Schneepflüge der Baureihe “Unix” sind qualitativ hochwertige Schneeräumgeräte für den professionellen Einsatz im kommunalen

Bereich. Die revolutionären Keil-Vario-Schneepflüge sind in vier verschiedenen Modellreihen (US, UR, UL, UM) unterteilt. Die Modelle

UR, UL und UM können auf Wunsch mit einem innovativen Doppel-Schürfleisten-System geliefert werden. Durch das Zuschalten einer
