Su bajo coeficiente de rozamiento y reducidas dimensiones permiten deslizarlo con más facilidad por conductos muy congestionados. Además, el refuerzo de acero que incorpora a ambos lados del cable hace que sea posible empujar directamente el cable a través del conducto, sin necesidad de utilizar guía previamente. También soporta grandes esfuerzos de tracción, torsiones y curvaturas extremas, sin que la fibra G657A2 que contiene resulte dañada. Soporta perfectamente el uso de grapas y al ser de color blanco y muy fino, resulta muy discreto cuando queda a la vista en interiores. Su estructura de dos miembros facilita el pelado, y utilizado junto con el conector de campo KeyQuick® 20 llega a aguantar 6 kg de tracción, lo que lo convierte en el sistema de conectorización directa más robusto, fácil y compacto del mundo; aguanta fuertes tirones y manipulaciones inadecuadas de los usuarios. El KeyQuick® 20 es el conector de campo ideal para terminar el cable de Baja Fricción de KeyFibre®. Es muy sencillo de utilizar y consigue unos valores de atenuación excelentes, pudiendo verificar la calidad de la conexión en el momento de realizarla gracias al cuerpo transparente.
La Bota para cable de Baja Fricción es fundamental para que éste quede fijado al KeyQuick® 20, puesto que se ciñe perfectamente manteniendo las propieda-des mecánicas, llegando a soportar 6 Kgf de tensión.
Conector de campo KeyQuick®20
El Ruler para KeyQuick® 20 proporciona la medida exacta para el pelado del cable y el corte de la fibra que precisa este conector. El Ruler está pensado para encajar en la cortadora de alta precisión KeyCleave® CLU20, fijando el cable para que no se mueva. Una vez hecho el corte, la cara inferior ayuda en la inserción de la fibra, deslizando el cable a través de unas guías.
