SKILL LAB: MANAGER’S SHEETFacilitation of Skill Lab:

1. Instruct employees to examine their workspaces and look for examples of slip, trip, or fall hazards. They will check the box next to the picture that represents what they find. If the employees find other examples, have them tell you about them.

2. Instruct employees to identify ways they can prevent slips, trips, and falls. They check the boxes of the prevention strategies. If there are other examples specific to their area, have employees share them with you.

3. Rate the employees and provide feedback for each step.

Take-away Question:Ask the employees the take-away question and 2-3 days later have them answer the question. If they are new employees, wait a week to have them answer the question.
