Overview of CountriesIndiaBegan outreach to the Indian market in May of 2011

Two business visits, including the Indian Seed Conference

Have given 5 successful free evaluations, received very positive feedback on the results

First order for 14,000 tests will be finalized in the next few days

Secured business partner as a product distributor and full laboratory service provider

Some of our current and soon-to-be customers

Overview of CountriesIndiaFinalizing negotiations with Genotypic to become our local distributor and service provider

They have contacted over 600 companies from their Agri Database and have already received several positive responses

They expect 80,000-90,000 tests in the first quarter of 2013

Currently we have 3 customers, 2 of them through Smart-Trade

5-6 evaluations are in the pipeline

Have begun discussions with Parco Technologico Padano to a product distributor and local service provider

Estimate sales of $70,000-$80,000 in 2012

GoalIt is within our reach to dominate the Marker Assisted Breeding market in Italy by the end of next year, reaching over $150,000 in sales

Overview of CountriesTurkeyCurrently have 3 customers in Turkey2 Full laboratory service1 Ready-to-use kits customer (Nano Lab Medical, one of our largest customers)

Obtained Nano Lab Medical as a customer during the third quarter of 2011. They found us through Seedquest

In contact with several other Turkish seed companies, one free evaluation underway with MayAgro Seed Corporation

Negotiating with Roche to be a distributor and service provider in Turkey. First purchase order for trial kits will be place in the next few days

Strategic market, about 20 large seed companies that are relevant

Expected potential of 300,000-350,000 tests can be sold with our current marker portfolio

Goal$80,000-$100,000 in sales in 2012

Working with the to strengthen our partnership and obtain new customers
