Dos gotitas de agua se en-cuentran en un espacio im-aginario, un mundo onírico de nuevas sensaciones, asombro y juego. Dos baila-rinas y un músico exploran el elemento agua en un espacio donde pueden cambiar de forma, rodar, deslizar, caer y tocar el fondo del mar don-de habitan seres flotantes y hermosos. La sonorización y la música creada con agua evocan los sonidos de la in-teracción de bebes en agua. Es un nuevo espectáculo para bebés desde los 6 hasta los 36 meses.

Two drops of water meet in an imaginary space, an oneiric world of new sensa-tions, wonder and play. Two dancers and a musician ex-plore the element Water in a space where they can change shape, roll, slide, fall and touch the bottom of the sea where floating and beau-tiful beings exist. The sound and music, created with wa-ter, evoke the sounds of ba-bies interaction with water. It is a new show for 6-36 month-old babies

Teatro La Plaza es una in-stitución sin fines de lucro, dedicada al desarrollo del teatro y la dramaturgia en Lima, Perú. Desde su fun-dación en el 2003 se conci-bió un área que se dedique exclusivamente a promover el teatro para jóvenes, niños y bebés, La Plaza Joven. Está área tiene la convicción de que los niños y niñas son independientes, inteligentes y sensibles, capaces de vivir experiencias de gran profun-didad. Hasta la fecha hemos producido más de 30 mon-tajes entre adaptaciones de textos clásicos, creaciones colectivas y teatro físico, buscando generar cambios positivos de tolerancia y res-peto en nuestra sociedad.

Teatro la Plaza is a non-prof-it organization, dedicated to the development of the-atre and playwriting in Lima, Perú. When it was founded in 2003, an area devoted ex-clusively to promote theatre for young people, children and babies was conceived: La Plaza Joven. This area has the conviction that boys and girls are independent, intelligent and sensitive, ca-pable of living deep experi-ences. Until today we have staged over 30 productions, including classics’ adapta-tions, collective creations and physical theatre looking to generate positive changes in our society based on toler-ance and respect.

La idea de que a través del teatro podemos ofrecerle a un público tan especial e importante otra mirada del mundo y sus posibilidades. Pensar que tal vez el bebé, que se encuentra en una etapa donde el descubrir es permanente, a través de esta experiencia pueda sentir que puede ser libre de crear el mundo que se proponga.

¿Quiénes son? ¿Qué hacen?

Dos bailarinas y un músico crean una atmósfera de sonidos y movimiento que nos introducen al universo del agua y sus posibili-dades. El viaje de las dos gotas empieza en la superficie, donde los sonidos del contacto con el agua y el juego nos permiten ir cada vez más profundo, ahí donde aparecen los seres marinos, el reflejo, la luz y la curiosidad.

The idea that through the theater we can offer to a special and impor-tant audience another look at the world and its possibilities. To think that perhaps the baby, who is in a stage of permanent discovering, through this experience will be able to feel that it can be free to create the world he wants.

Who are they? What do they do?

Two dancers and a musician create an atmosphere of sounds and movement that take us to the universe of water and its possibilities. The journey of the two drops begins on the surface, where the sounds of contact with water and play allow us to go deeper and deeper, where marine beings, reflection, light and curiosity appear.
