LIDERAZGO
El liderazgo lo definimos como:
la Influencia interpersonal ejercida en una situacin dada a travs de la comunicacin humana.
LOS ACTORES
Cada actor posee sus propios intereses, sean polticos, sociales, individuales.
Existen diferencias de gnero y generacional.
Existen diferencias tnicas y culturales:

Que es la Mediacin?
Es la intervencin en una disputa o Negociacin
por parte de un tercero aceptable,
Que es imparcial y neutral
que carece de un poder de decisin
Su funcin es ayudar a las partes en disputa a alcanzar voluntariamente su propio arreglo mutuamente
aceptable.
MEDIACIN
Debe de conocer los procedimientos eficaces de negociacin que le permitan ayudar a la gente en conflicto a
coordinar sus actividades y ser ms eficaz en su pugna.
El mediador debe ser aceptado por las partes y, en lo posible, no ser conocido por las partes y no esperar
beneficios por la mediacin.
MEDIACIN
Cundo se busca una Negociacin a travs de la Mediacin?.
Cuando las partes son interdependientes, y deben basarse en su mutua cooperacin para alcanzar sus metas o
satisfacer sus intereses.
Son capaces de influirse mutuamente y de emprender o impedir actos que puedan perjudicarlos o
recompensarlos.
Estn presionados por los plazos y las restricciones de los tiempos y desean un arreglo rpido.
Son capaces de identificar los puntos en disputa.

Proceso que se inicia cuando una parte percibe que otra la ha afectado de manera negativa o que est a
punto de afectar de manera negativa, alguno de sus intereses

Medios Alternativos de Resolucin de Conflictos MARCs
MARCs
Los MARCs son los procesos alternativos al proceso judicial, disponibles para la resolucin de conflictos, en los
cuales, ms que imponer una solucin, permite a las partes crear su propia solucin.
