PRE PAINT OF METAL ROOF PANELS:

Process for painting metal coils, consist of a working surface,follow by a first layer of epoxy primer of 5 microns

by both sides) and finally a uniform layer of 20 micronsof standard polyester paint (liquid paint), on the top layer.The pre-painted sheets are protected by a polypropylene

film on the top side to avoid possible damages duringtransporting, handling or installation. This film shall be

removed immediately after installation.

FEATURES OF METAL ROOF PANELS:

Composed by steel coated with ALUZINC AZ-200 (55% Al,43.4% Zn and 1.60% Si). According to regulation ASTM A792,

to provide a better resistance against corrosion:Aluminum protects sheets through the formation of an

insoluble film of aluminum oxide on the surfaces thereof.Zinc provides cathodic protection, avoiding oxidation in

areas exposed by cutting, drilling or scratching. Life testsave shown through the world that the plates coated ALUZINC

has a greater useful life than conventional galvanizingprovides (up to 5 times more, depending on environmentalconditions). ALUZINC gives a nice thin and smooth, surfacewith a light gray and clear tone light shine, presenting an

attractive finish even unpainted
