Desde 1997 hemos sido el local de parrilladas más grande de Cuenca, doce personas de la familia Coellar Guillén trabajamos en la atención a los clientes. Nuestro restaurante es muy acogedor, al puro estilo tradicional cuencano.

Le recomendamos el Super Lomo Fino de Res y Cerdo, cortes de carne suave asada al carbón que generalmente vienen en su punto, el Bife de Chorizo, las Costillas, los Mariscos al grill y nuestra Parrillada La Herradura.

From 1997 we have been the greater premises of barbecues of Cuenca city, twelve people of the family Coellar Guillén have worked in attention to our clients. Our restaurant is very cosy, to the pure cuenca´s traditional style.

We recommended the Super Lomo Fino (beef or pork), you cut of smooth meat roasted to the coal that come generally in their point, the Bife de Chorizo, the Ribs, the Seafood to grill and our Parrillada La Herradura.
