En que consiste el programa de Visas EB-5

El gobierno de los Estados Unidos creó el programa de visas EB-5 el cual invita a extranjeros a invertir en los Estados Unidos en proyectos específicos los cuales crean empleos permanentes y benefician la economía americana.

La cantidad mínima de Inversión es de $1 millón de dólares, sin embargo, esa cantidad se reduce a $500.000 dólares si la inversión es realizada en proyectos ubicados en áreas de alto desempleo.

Después de la entrevista y de que las planillas pertinentes sean enviadas, recibirá la Residencia o Green Card condicional.

AORC le proporcionara servicios de asistencia para su traslado a los Estados Unidos.

Luego de 2 años de haber obtenido su Green Card condicional, y que el proyecto haya cumplido con los empleos requeridos, se presentara la solicitud I-829 para cambiar el estatus de su Residencia a permanente.

Después que todos los recaudos hayan sido completados satisfactoriamente, usted recibirá su aprobación.

Después de completar exitosamente los pasos anteriores usted recibirá su Residencia o Green Card permanente.

Una vez transcurridos 5 años como residente de los Estados Unidos, se le devuelve la inversión de $500,000 (USD) y podrá optar junto con su familia a la Ciudadanía Americana.

What is the EB-5 Visa Program?

The government of the United States created the program of EB-5 visas, which invites foreign people to invest in the United States in specific projects that create permanent employment and benefit the American economy.

The minimum amount to invest is 1 million dollars, although that amount is reduced to 500.000 dollars if the investment is done in projects located in high unemployment areas.
