El año en curso Abril 2012-2013

L os últimos 12 meses han

sido un tiempo de reno-

vación después de una

desastrosa permanencia

del antiguo Alcalde Lutgardo

Bolaños el cual le dejó a la Mu-

nicipalidad más de $1M en défi-

cit. No importa que tan difícil

sea, nosotros continuamos tra-

bajando de cerca con la Alcalde-

sa Isabel León, el Presidente del

Concejo Municipal Jonathan

Rodríguez y el Concejo Munici-

pal así como varios Ministerios

clave en San José en la trans-

formar la marea a nuestro favor

y creo que estamos haciendo un

gran progreso. Existe un reno-

vado interés de la Cámara de

Comercio, Industria y Turismo y

el hecho de que tenemos varias

personas muy calificadas para la

ejecución de los puestos en la

Junta este año es muy gratifi-

cante y me muestra que hay

mucha confianza en lo que esta-

mos haciendo. Muchos en el

sector empresarial siguen pre-

ocupados acerca de quién está

liderando nuestro Municipio y

espero que el Concejo de la

Junta de la Cámara tendrá una

mayor participación en la políti-

ca de nuestro Cantón, tratando

de mantener y atraer a perso-

nas calificadas para ejecutar las

posiciones del Concejo Munici-

pal.

Siento que trabajando juntos

el negocio del Cantón de Aguirre

éste se está moviendo en la di-

rección correcta. Estamos traba-

jando en los planos finales para

una nueva comisaría, tenemos

planos para el Malecón, planos

(que incluye 160 plazas) para el

área de Playa Manuel Antonio y

Parque de Deportes de la Ju-

ventud para la zona del centro

de Quepos. Estamos mejorando

el sistema de iluminación en el

Malecón para mejorar la seguri-

dad, se han obtenido fondos del

sector privado para un Sistema

de Cámaras de Vigilancia tene-

mos planes para construir nues-

tro propio edificio de la Cámara,

fuimos instrumentales en la

búsqueda de fondos para la Plan-

ta de Tratamiento de Aguas Resi-

duales, seguimos mejorando la

infraestructura de zona, ayuda-

mos a financiar la eliminación de

la teca en el centro de la ciudad,

nos trasladamos a una oficina de

la Cámara menos costosa, esta-

mos aumentando la membrecía y

tenemos varios otros proyectos

interesantes pendientes.

El año pasado tuvimos un muy

exitoso y memorable Evento de

Cena de Gala del Cuadragési-

mo Aniversario del Parque

Nacional Manuel Antonio con

los representantes de todas las

ramas del gobierno local y nacio-

nal presentes incluyendo a todos

los individuos sobrevivientes que

dieron origen al Parque Nacional.

En diciembre también organiza-

mos nuestro primer "Making a

Difference Award" y varias de

las organizaciones de nuestros

miembros fueron reconocidas por

sus contribuciones sobresalientes

a nuestra Comunidad durante

una Cena de Gala organizada por

la Cámara. Durante todo el año

organizamos numerosos Mixers,

Talleres Educativos y participa-

mos activamente en al menos

una docena de presentaciones

del ICE, AyA, Departamento de

Salud, el Ministerio de Seguridad,

Ministerio de Turismo y tuvimos

muchas reuniones con el Ministro

de Seguridad, el Ministro de

Transporte, Ministro de Turismo

y el Ministro de la Presidencia de

Costa Rica en lo que respecta al

área de infraestructura de segu-

ridad y asuntos de promoción.

También hicimos algunos cam-

bios significativos en el Departa-

mento de Membrecía los cuales

serán elaborados por el Director

de este Comité. Otros informes

escritos se han solicitado a los

distintos Directores de Comités.

The Year in Review April 2012-2013

T he last 12 months have

been a time of renewal

after the disastrous ten-

ure of former Mayor

Lutgardo Bolanos which left the

Municipality more than $1M in

deficits. No matter how difficult,

we continue to working close

with Mayor Isabel Leon, City

Council President Jonathan Rod-

riguez and the City Council as

well as with various key Minis-

tries in San Jose in turning the

tide around in our favor and I

feel that we are making great

progress. There is renewed in-

terest in the Chamber of Com-

merce, Industry and Tourism

and the fact that we have

several very qualified

individuals running for this

years Board position is very

gratifying and shows me that

there is much confidence in

what we are doing. Many in

the business sector remain con-

cerned about who is leading our

Municipality and I hope that the

Board of the Chamber Board will

become more involved in the

politics of our Canton by trying

to keep and attract qualified in-

dividuals to run for City Council

positions.

I do feel that by working to-

gether the business of the Can-

ton de Aguirre is moving in the

right direction. We are working

on the final plans for a new po-

lice station; we do have plans for

the Malecon, plans (which in-

cludes160 parking spaces) for

the Manuel Antonio Beach area

and a Youth Sports Park for the

downtown Quepos area. We are

improving the light system on

the Malecon for better security,

have secured funds from the pri-

vate sector for a Camera Surveil-

lance System, we have plans

to build our own Chamber Build-

ing, we were instrumental in

finding funds for the Water Sew-

age Treatment Plant Study, we

continue to improve area infra-

structure, we helped fund the

removal of the teak wood in the

downtown area, we moved to

less costly Chamber Office space,

we are increasing membership

and have several other exciting

projects pending.

The past year we held a very

successful and memorable

Manuel Antonio National Park

Fortieth Anniversary Gala

Dinner Event with representa-

tives of all branches of local and

national government in atten-

dance including all surviving in-

dividuals who gave birth to the

National Park. In December we

also hosted our first “Making a

Difference Award” and several

of our member organizations

were recognized for their out-

standing contributions to our

Community during a Gala Dinner

organized by your Chamber.

Throughout the year we hosted

numerous Member Mixers, Mem-

ber Educational Workshops and

actively participated in at least a

dozen presentations of the ICE,

AyA, Health Department, Secu-

rity Ministry, Tourism Ministry

and we held numerous meetings

with the Minister of Security,

Minister of Transportation, Minis-

ter of Tourism and the Minister

the Presidency of Costa Rica in

regards to area infrastructure,

security and promotional issues.

We also made some significant

changes in the Membership De-

partment which will be elabo-

rated upon by the Chairman of

this Committee. Other written

progress reports have been

requested from the various

Committee Chairmen.

Estimado Señor Presidente:

Como miembro colaborador y ase-

sor del Comité de Desarrollo, ten-

go el honor de presentarles este

informe a nuestra respetable Junta

Directiva, y a cada uno de los

miembros, distinguidos de esta

Cámara de Comercio, Industria y

Turismo, con el reporte de labores

correspondiente al periodo 2010-

2013.

Después que un empresario, do-

nador del proyecto para la adquisi-

ción y ampliación del Aeródromo

la Managua se retirara, el Vice Mi-

nistro de Transportes Ing. Luis

Carlos Araya y al Director de Avia-

ción Civil Jorge Fernández, en la

Dirección General de Aviación Ci-

vil, en una reunión realizada en

instalaciones de Aviación Civil

(CETAC)en el mes de Enero del

2013, se tomó la decisión de rea-

lizar el Proyecto, en dos etapas:

Primera Etapa: Compra de los

terrenos (expropiación de tres te-

rrenos, para la extensión, amplia-

ción y zona de rampa y terminal).

Esta etapa se encuentra esta

semana en proceso de concluir

el informe este miércoles 24 de

Abril, para que sea enviado al

MOPT, organismo que se encar-

gara de enviar a los ingenieros

(Dpto. de Ingeniería). Con la fi-

nalidad de valorar y de realizar

los trámites respectivos para la

expropiación de los mismos.

Cabe mencionar que la adquisi-

ción de los terrenos permitirá

que el gobierno sea el dueño del

futuro Aeropuerto La Managua.

Segunda Etapa: Construcción

de la pista, rampa y terminal.

Esta segunda etapa consistirá,

en la construcción de la pista e

instalaciones, pero podrá reali-

zarse, dependiendo de la situa-

ción económica del Gobierno en

la construcción o en una licita-

ción para concesionarlo.

Como recomendación, a nuestra

distinguida Directiva sería im-

portante realizar una nueva visi-

ta con la Alcaldesa y Junta Di-

rectiva de la Cámara, con la fi-

nalidad de que sigan viendo

nuestro interés y presencia que

sirve también como medida de

presión, antes que termine el

periodo del actual gabinete Mi-

nisterial, ya que si ellos terminan

en Mayo del 2014 y se van , en-

tonces perderemos la inercia a la

que en este momento hemos

alcanzado y logrado.

Finalmente quiero concluir, mi

informe agradeciendo al Señor

Presidente Harry Bodaan, y a la

junta Directiva, por la confianza

brindada, permitiéndome honro-

samente desarrollar este tan im-

portante proyecto, para el desa-

rrollo y el bienestar que traerá el

nuevo Aeropuerto La Managua,

para nuestro Cantón.

Dear Mr. President:

As Partner and Advisor Member of

the Development Committee, I

have the honor to present the Re-

port to our respectable Board, and

each of the Distinguished Mem-

bers, of this Chamber of Com-

merce, Industry and Tourism, with

the Report of Work For the Period

2010 -2013.

After a businessman, donor of the

project for the acquisition and ex-

pansion of the Managua withdraw

Airfield, Vice Minister of Transport

Mr. Luis Carlos Araya and the

Director of Civil Aviation Jorge

Fernandez in the General Direction

of Civil Aviation, at a meeting in

constructions of Civil Aviation

(CETAC) in the month of January

2013, it was decided to conduct

the project in two stages:

First Stage: Purchase of land

(three land expropriation for the

extension, expansion and ramp

and terminal area).

This stage is this week in the proc-

ess of finalizing the report on

Wednesday April 24, to be sent to

MOPT body responsible to send

the engineers (Department of

Engineering). In order to assess

and to perform the respective

procedures for expropriation

thereof.

It should be noted that the ac-

quisition of the land will allow

the government is the owner of

La Managua Airport future.

Second Stage: Construction of

the runway, ramp and terminal.

This second phase will consist in

the construction of the track and

facilities, but may be made, de-

pending on the economic situa-

tion of the Government in build-

ing or in a tender for the conces-

sion.

As a recommendation,

to our distinguished

Board it would be im-

portant to make a re-

turn visit with the Mayor

and Board of Directors of the

Chamber, in order to continue

seeing our interest and presence

which also serves as leverage,

before the end of the period of

the current cabinet Ministerial,

because if they end in May 2014

and will then lose the inertia that

at this time we have reached

and achieved.

Finally, I would like to conclude

my report by thanking Mr. Presi-

dent Harry Bodaan, and the

board of directors, for the trust

provided, allowing honorably de-

velop this important project for

the development and welfare

that will bring the new La Mana-

gua Airport to our County.

C omo Presidente de la Comisión de Seguridad siento que hemos logrado lo que hemos podido y hemos alcanzado la mayoría de

nuestros objetivos. Nos las arreglamos para encontrar algunos de los fondos para el Proyecto de Cámaras de Vigilancia de la Cámara y encontramos una solución para una nueva Estación de Policía. Con la ayu-da del Comandante de la Academia Nacio-nal de Guardacostas en Quepos y el MI-NAET nos las arreglamos para encontrar una vivienda adecuada para los funciona-rios de la Policía Turística y debido a la resolución de este problema de la vivien-da se logró convencer al Director de la Fuerza Pública y al Ministro de Seguridad de aumentar el número de oficiales de policía de turismo de un mínimo de dos (2) hasta casi los treinta (30), lo que redu-ce aún más la delincuencia. La Fuerza Pública también recibió una nueva y bien esperada patrulla y quipos adicionales de comunicación por radio. Los problemas en la Torre de comunicación de radio se re-solvieron, mejoraron las comunicaciones en todo el cantón. Varios proyectos con la Policía de Tránsito están pendientes y el regreso a la zona de Quepos es inminen-te.

Los eventos de D.A.R.E. que se llevaron a cabo como parte de las celebraciones del 40 aniversario fueron un éxito con miles de participantes, entre ellos niños de es-

cuela, sus padres y sus maestros. Los eventos fueron organizados por muchas instituciones incluyendo la Fuerza Públi-ca, DARE, PANI y la Municipalidad, el ICT, el MEP, algunos patrocinadores del sector privado y por nuestro Comité de Seguridad de la Cámara que fue res-ponsable de traer esto eventos que du-raron una semana a nuestra área. La necesidad de llevar este evento patroci-nado por la Embajada de EE.UU. a nues-tra área se estableció después de las indiscreciones del ex alcalde Lutgardo Bolaños y fue parte de un Plan de Ac-ción Proactivo de Tres Espigas para ayu-dar a proteger a los niños de nuestro Cantón (Lazo Rojo, Pinta Azul, eventos de recaudación de fondos para tratar de ayudar a recaudar los fondos de los pro-gramas de prevención en curso del abu-so de niños).

El ¨Comité Motor Pool¨ que forma parte del Comité de Seguridad se ha reunido para tratar de llegar a un programa de mantenimiento para los vehículos y motocicletas de la Fuerza Pública.

También me complace informar que después de un espacio de casi dos años el Comité Cantonal de Seguridad está en pleno funcionamiento y se reúne en forma regular. El objetivo del Comité es orientar a la Policía Municipal y discutir las áreas problemáticas regionales, mu-

chas de las cuales han disminuido. Una de las áreas en las que hemos hecho un gran progreso ha sido en el registro de casas de alquiler ilegales. De las 180 pro-piedades que conocemos, de acuerdo a nuestro alcalde, más de 140 ya han sido registrados y están empezando a pagar su parte justa de impuestos y son una preocupación menor para la industria hotelera. Hace un año sólo habían regis-tradas 11.

El Comité de Seguridad presta apoyo logístico a la mayoría de la policía y se reúne en forma regular con los líderes municipales, El Equipo de Reforzamiento de la Ley Regional y la sede del Ministe-rio de Seguridad en San José, Migración, Departamento de Transporte, DIS y otros equipos clave de aplicación de la ley para tratar temas de seguridad local.

A s Chairman of the Security Committee I feel we have ac-complished what we could and achieved most of our objec-

tives. We managed to find some of the funding for the Camera Surveillance Pro-ject and we did find a solution for a new Police Station. With the help of the Com-mander of the National Coast Guard Academy in Quepos and the MINAET we managed to find adequate housing for the Tourism Police officials and because of resolving this housing issue managed to convince the Director of the Fuerza Pub-lica and the Minister of Security to in-crease the number of Tourism Police Offi-cers from a low two (2) to almost thirty (30) thereby further reducing crime. The Fuerza Publica also received a long-awaited new patrol car and additional radio communica-tion equipment. Problems in the Radio Communica-tion Tower were resolved, improving communications in the entire Canton. Several projects with the Policia de Transito are pending and a return to the Quepos area is imminent.

The D.A.R.E. events that were held as part

of the 40th Anniversary Celebrations were a success with thousands of par-ticipants including school children, their parents and their teachers. The events were hosted by many institutions in-cluding the Fuerza Publica, D.A.R.E., P.A.N.I. and the Municipality, the I.C.T, the M.E.P, some private sector sponsors and our Chamber Security Committee that was responsible for bringing these week-long events to our area in the first place. The need to bring this U.S. Em-bassy sponsored event to our area was established after the indiscretions of former Mayor Lutgardo Bolanos and was part of a pro-active Three-Prong

Action Plan to help pro-tect the children of our Canton (Lazo Rojo, Pinta Azul and fund-raising events to try to help fund ongoing child abuse

prevention programs).

The Motor Pool Committee which is part of the Security Committee has been meeting on trying to come up with a maintenance program for the vehicles

and motor cycles of the Fuerza Publica.

I am also happy to report that after a hiatus of almost two years the Comite Cantonal de Seguridad is fully opera-tional and meets on a regular basis. The purpose of the Committee is to provide guidance to the Policia Municipal and discuss regional problem areas many of which have been diminished. One area that we have made great progress has been in the registration of illegal rental houses. Of the 180 properties that we know of, according to our Mayor, more than 140 have now been registered and are beginning to pay their fair share of taxes and are less of a concern to the hotel industry.

A year ago there were only 11 regis-tered.

The Security Committee provides logisti-cal support to most law enforcement and meets on a regular basis with mu-nicipal leaders, Regional Law Enforce-ment Staff and SJO based Security Minis-try, Immigration, Transportation Depart-ment, DIS and other key law enforce-ment staff to discuss local security is-sues.

Quiero agradecerles por la confianza y la esperanza que depositaron en mi al haberme permitido ocupar un puesto en la Junta Directiva durante este periodo de dos años que termina el día 25 de Abril del 2013. Siento que he

cumplido con el objetivo propuesto el cual era establecer

estrategias para mejorar la imagen del Cantón y retomar la parte de turismo que antes de mi llegada estaba en ma-nos del GMA a quienes siempre debemos reconocerles la gran labor que realizaron por más de diez años en la pro-moción del destino

A principios del 2012 el Comité de Turismo se concentro en la formulación de una propuesta para solicitarle finan-

ciamiento al ICT para la promoción del destino, específica-mente para la elaboración de una página web y un catalo-

go del destino, ambos serian las herramientas de merca-deo que llevaríamos a las ferias internacionales del 2013. Este objetivo se cumplió y por primera vez la CCITA reci-bió una donación del ICT por un monto de $20,700 con los que se hicieron los 5000 catálogos, la pagina

web www.visitqueposcostarica.com y otras herramientas de promoción como un toldo de 7X4 con los logos de la CCITA que además de ser usado en los eventos que orga-nizamos se ofrecerá para alquilar y generar más recursos para el Comité de Turismo.

Otro logro importante del Comité de Turismo fue nuestra

participación por primera vez en el Show Internacional de

Yates de Fort Lauderdale, no solo porque es nuestra ciu-dad hermana y la visitamos todos los años, sino también por ser la feria de la industria marina más grande del mundo. Gracias a Fecopt que nos patrocino el pago del stand ($1300) y al ICT que nos presto el Mirage para la decoración que mostro las bellezas que Costa Rica tiene

para ofrecer, también colaboraron Hotel La Mansión, Mari-na Pez Vela y Best Western Hotel Kamuk aparte de otras 14 empresas que se anunciaron en el folleto con el cual se

recaudaron los fondos para este viaje de promoción.

También logramos junto con asociaciones deportivas y grupos organizados coordinar eventos y competencias en

Manuel Antonio y dimos inicio al desarrollo del Turismo Deportivo con el Triatlón de Quepos, el Open de Voleibol

de Playa y el Fogueo para los Atletas que viajaron a Isla Margarita al Torneo Mundial de bodyboarding. El Turismo Deportivo es un segmento que atrae al mercado nacional y los ejemplos sobran en muchos lugares del país, nuestro Cantón cuenta con muchas facilidades para este segmento y para este 2013 continuaremos con esta estrategia que además genera publicity por las coberturas de medios de

prensa.

El trabajo del Comité de Turismo solo ha empezado ya que

lo que viene ahora es poner en práctica los planes estable-cidos. En primer lugar tratar de cumplir con el calendario de actividades y promoción que se público desde el mes de Febrero 2013 el cual contiene eventos deportivos como la Final del Campeonato Nacional de Voleibol de Playa para el

27-28 de Abril, dos torneos de surf uno en Junio 6-7-8 y otro en Sept 27-28-29, el Triatlón de Diciembre, entre otros y en segundo lugar está la promoción del destino a nivel internacional por medio de las ferias internacionales en mercados nuevos como son Rusia, Brasil y China. En todas las ideas y estrategias la participación activa de los

empresarios del sector turismo es fundamental por lo que

espero acompañen a la CCITA en este recorrido.

Me despido agradeciendo a los empresarios que siempre estuvieron a mi lado y especialmente a los 10 que junto conmigo conformamos este Comité de Turismo que hoy se despide.

COMITÉ DE TURISMO

I want to thank you for the confidence and the hope placed in me by allowing me to take a seat on the Board during this period of two years ending on April 25th 2013. I feel that I have fulfilled the intended pur-

pose which was to establish strategies to improve the im-

age of the Canton and resume the tourism part that before my arrival was in GMA´s hands to whom we must always recognize for the great work they performed for more than ten years of promoting the destination.

In early 2012 the Tourism Committee was concentrated on the formulation of a proposal

to ask for financing to ICT for promoting the destination,

specifically for developing a website and a catalog of the destination, both tools would be the marketing that we

would bring to international trade shows in 2013. This ob-jective was met and for the first time the CCITA received a donation from ICT for the amount of $ 20.700 which was used to pay for the 5000 catalogs, the website www.visitqueposcostarica.com and other promotion tools

such as a 7X4 awning with CCITA logos in addition to being used in the organization events that will be offered for rent and generate more resources for the Tourism Committee.

Another important achievement of the Tourism Committee was our first participation in the International Boat Show in

Fort Lauderdale, not only because it is our sister city and

we visit it every year, but also for being the fair's largest

marine industry of the world. Thanks to Fecopt who spon-sored the payment of the stand ($ 1,300) and to ICT who lent us the Mirage for decoration showing the beauties that Costa Rica has to offer, other companies also collaborated Hotel La Mansion, Marina Pez Vela and Best Western Hotel Kamuk besides of other 14 companies that were announced

on the booklet and with this we raised the funds for this

promotion trip.

We also achieved along with sports associations and organ-ized groups to coordinate events

and competitions in Manuel Antonio and we began the de-velopment of Sports Tourism with the Quepos Triathlon , the

Beach Volleyball Open and Trainings for Athletes who trav-eled to Isla Margarita for the Bodyboarding World Tourna-ment. The Sports Tourism is a segment that attracts the do-mestic market and the examples abound in many parts of the country, our Canton counts with many facilities for this seg-ment and this 2013 we will continue this strategy that also generates publicity by the media coverage.

The Tourism Committee work has only begun because what

comes next is to implement

the plans. First try to comply with the schedule of activities and public promotion that was published since the month of February 2013 which contains sporting events like

National Championship Final Beach Volleyball for April 27-28, two surf tournaments one in June and one in September 6-7-

8 27-28-29, December Triathlon, among others, and in sec-ond place there is the promotion of the destination worldwide through international trade shows in new markets as Russia,

Brazil and China. In all the ideas and participation strategies the active participation of the tourism entrepreneurs is criti-cal so I hope you accompany the CCITA on this tour.

I say goodbye thanking the entrepreneurs who were always

C omo fiscal de la Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Turis-mo de Aguirre, presento a continuación el informe anual de la fiscalía a esta

Asamblea.

La Junta Directiva se ha reunido 12 sesiones, en el período 2012-2013, las cuales se han realizado en la ofici-na de la Cámara y algunas de ellas en el Hotel La Mansión.

La situación legal en lo que respecta a la inscripción de los nombramien-tos de los directivos en el Registro de Asociaciones, se encuentra pendien-te la inscripción del Sr. Jeffry Valver-de quién fue nombrado a través de

la Asamblea General Extraordinaria celebrada el pasado 17 de Enero en sustitución del Sr. Edwin López de-bido a su renuncia a dicho puesto.

Por este motivo la Junta Directiva no ha pudo realizar cambios de los firmantes de los cheques en el Ban-co de Costa Rica, donde están las cuentas bancarias de la Asociación, después se dio el cambio del nom-bramiento del tesorero, el cual está en espera la escritura que da el Registro. Tanto la inscripción del presidente y del tesorero, deben presentarse juntas al Banco para la actualización de datos y poder dar-se el cambio respectivo de los fir-

mantes, lo que no se pudo lograr antes de esta Asamblea. Por lo tan-to, después de tres años de haber dejado sus puestos de Presidente y Tesorero, las firmas autorizadas en el Banco de Costa Rica, son las de los señores Richard Lemire y Ma-nuel Emilio Novoa, situación en la que se está trabajando.

Respecto a la situación de los ingre-sos y gastos de la Cámara, los esta-dos contables reflejan que actual-mente se presentan sin números rojos al haber más ingresos que gastos.

A s Fiscal of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Aguirre, I pre-sent to you the following

report for this General Membership Meeting.

The Board of Director has met in 12 sessions, in the period 2012-2013, which took place in the office of the Chamber and some of them in La Mansion Hotel.

The legal situation regarding the in-scription of the names of the direc-tors in the Associations Registry, the inscription of Mr. Jeffry Valverde is pending; he was named through the Extraordinary General Membership

Meeting celebrated this past Janu-ary 17th in substitution of Mr. Edwin López due to his resignation to this position.

For this reason the Board of Direc-tors has not been able to make the changes of the two people who signs the checks in Banco de Costa Rica, where the bank accounts of the Assotiation are, after this it came the change of treasurer, which is on hold for the writing that the Registry will give us. Both the inscription of the president and the treasurer, need to be pre-sented together at the Bank for the data update and be able to make the change of the two people who

signs the checks, which was not able to be accomplished before this General Membership Meeting. Therefore, after three years of leaving the positions the President and Treasurer, the authorized sig-natures at the Banco de Costa Rica are from Richard Lemire and Manuel Emilio Novoa, situation that we are working on.

Regarding the income and ex-penses situation of the Chamber, the financial statements reflect no red numbers so there is more in-come than expenses at this point.
