Taglierina a lame circolari predisposta per l’allacciamento di cari-catori a nastro e a palette, di nostra produzione, sia in entrata chein uscita.Macchina robusta con organi in movimento in leghe fuse e struttureportanti in carpenteria saldata, il tutto montato su di un monotrave inacciaio, poggiata su piedini regolabili per una perfetta messa in piano.Rulli di traino lame e di rinvio temperati, rettificati e bilanciati, montatisu cuscinetti a rulli con supporti registrabili per la costante tensionedelle lame.Cilindri con un unico sostegno laterale che permette una rapida sostitu-zione delle lame.Guida lame in metallo duro autolubrificante, martelletto rettificato per unperfetto allineamento delle lame circolari, che vengono messe in tensio-ne tramite una chiave dinamometrica tarata specificatamente per ilnumero di lame installate.Affilatore lame temporizzato incorporato e funzionante con dispositivopneumatico, e con lame in movimento, movimento dell’affilatura simu-lante la funzione con pietra a mano, affilatura tarabile a piacere.Sicurezza integrale di tutta la macchina che è rivestita da robuste reti diprotezione; in caso di accidentale rottura lame, sopravviene un bloccoimmediato dei rulli di traino a mezzo freno elettromagnetico, evitandocosì danni agli organi della macchina.Registrazioni meccaniche effettuabili su di un unico lato dellamacchina.Comandi elettrici centralizzati, sistemi di sicurezza visualizzati,emergenze dislocate nei punti chiave della macchina.Nastro trasportatore entrata ed uscita a tappeti, nastrino recupe-ro briciole, con variante su richiesta per il taglio dei filoni longi-tudinale.

Coupeuse aux lames croisées prévue pour le branchement avecchargeurs à bande et à bras, de notre production, soit en entréqu’en sortie. Machine solide avec organes en mouvement enalliages mou lés et structures portantes en charpente soudé, letout installé sur un conducteur en acier, qu’est appuié sur despieds réglables pour la parfaite mise en niveau. Rouleaux de tira-ge-lames et de renvoie temprés, rectifiés et balancés, montés surdes paliers à rouleaux avec supports réglables pour la constanttension de lames. Cylindre avec unique soutient latéral qui per-met un rapide remplacement des lames.Guide-lame en métal dur autolubrifiant, petit-marteau rectifiépour le parfait alignement des lames circulaires qui sont tenduespar une clé dynamométrique tarée spécifiquement pour lenombre des lames assemblées.Affilateur-lames temporisé et incorporé, fonctionnant avec dispositif pneumatique et avec lames en mouvement, déplacement de l’affilateur qui simule la fonction de la pierre à la maindu rémouleur. Affûtage taré à plaisir.Complete sécurité de toute la machine, qui est recouvrie de solides grillages de protection, et, dans le cas où devrait-il se pas-ser une rapture accidentelle, survient un bloc des rouleaux detirage par un frein électromagnétique pour éviter des dom magesaux organes de la machine. Circular blades slicer machine arranged to be connected withband loaders and shovel loaders of our own production, both inthe entrance than in the exit.Rugged machine with the moving parts in alloys and supportingstructures in welded steelwork. These parts are fixed on steeloperator and they stand on two adjustable bases for the perfectposition n i ng on the surface. The rol lers for blades-to wing andback gear are hardened, balanced and installed on roller bearingswith adjustable supports to assure the constant tension of theblades.Cylindres with only lateral support allowing the quick replace-ment of the blades. The blades guide is made of hard self-lubri-ficating material and grounded little-hammers for the perfectalignment of the circular blades which are tightened by adynamometric key, percisely calibrated for the very number ofthe installed blades. Controlled built in sharpening, functionningby pneumatic equipment and by moving blades. Sharpeningtravel simulating the working with hand knifegrinding.Sharpening calibrated at will. Complete securety, the wholemachine is covered by rugged protection wires and if the bladesbroke theirselves accidentally, suddenly intervenes the block ofthe towing rolles by an electromagnetic brake, avoiding damagesto the parts of the machine. The mechanical controls can be car-ried out on a only side of the machine.Centralized electrical controls, visualization of the eventual emer-gencies; emergencies in the key points of the machine.Carpet conveyor belt in the entrance and in the exit, conveyor forthe recovery of crumbs, on request variant for the lenght wisecut of the loaves.

Cortadora con cuchillas circulares predispuesta para el enlace decargadores con cintas o cargadores con paletas, de nuestra producción,sea en entrada que en salida. Máquina robusta con órganos en movimientoen aleación fundida y estructuras portantes en carpintería soldada, todoesto montado sobre una única trabe de acero apoyada en pies que sepueden regular para una perfecta colocación en la superficie de apoyo.Rulos de arrastre de Las cuchillas y de reenvío temperados, modificablesy equilibrados, montados sobre cojinetes con rulos con soportes que sepueden registrar según sea la tensión constante de las cuchillas. Cilindroscon una única sujeción lateral que permiten una sustitución rápida de lascuchillas. Guía de las cuchillas en meta duro autolubrificante, martillorectificado para alinear perfectamente las cuchillas circulares, que setensan mediante una llave dinamométrica tarada específicamente para elnúmero de cuchillas instaladas. Afılador de cuchillas temporizado que seincorpora y funciona mediante un dispositivo neumático, y con lascuchillas en movimiento, el movimiento del afilador simula la función conpiedra de afilar a mano, el afilado se puede tarar como se quiera. Seguridadintegral de toda la máquina que se encuentra revestida par redes robustasde protección; en el caso de una ruptura accidental de las cuchillas losrulos de arrastre mediante un freno electromagnético se bloqueaninmediatamente, evitando de este modo, danos mayores a los órganos dela máquina. Registros mecánicos realizados sobre un único lado de lamáquina. Mandos eléctricos centralizados, sistemas de seguridadvisualizados, emergencias dislocadas en los puntos claves de la máquina.Cinta transportadora de entrada y de solida, pequeña cinta transportadorapara recuperar las migas, con la posibilidad de solicitar la cinta para elcorte longitudinal de las barras.
