® ® ®Alucoil HideTech PRO system is a non-visible fixing system for larcore panels. Hide fixing is achieved through single pieces (hangers and brackets), machined from the same extruded aluminium profile EN AW 6060 alloy.

Ø6'4x9mm Alu/A2 special rivet for fixing ®PRO-4 and PRO-4R brackets to larcore

panel.

DIN 933 M5x12mm A2/50

Hex head screw for accurate height regulation of the panels. It will be placed into PRO-4R bracket metric thread.

DIN 7504-K Ø4'8x22mm A2/50

Self-drilling screw for dilation control installed in PRO-4R holes or slotted holes as appropriate.

(1) ®HideFix 64090 Alucoil rivet could only be used for ®larcore panels which total thickness is ≥ 14mm and

which aluminium skins thickness is ≥ 0'5mm.

HANGING PIECESDepending on their function and position, system´s hanging pieces are the following:

PRO-4: Standard bracket. Attached to the inner skin of the panel using 4 rivets, this piece would allow installation, of the panel, into the hangers.

PRO-4R: Regulation bracket. Attached to the inner skin of the panel using 4 rivets, this piece allows panel installation into the hangers, height regulation and dilations control.

PRO-3A: Long hanger. It is fixed to substructure profiles and links them to bracket pieces. This hanger would accommodate 2 brackets and will be placed in panel joints and central positions.

PRO-3B: Short hanger. It is fixed to substructure profiles and links them to bracket pieces. This hanger will be placed in simple positions where only one bracket is required.
