    Issues/Concerns

Difficulty of dog owners on bringing dogs to vaccinationcenters

    - Dogs are not used to leashing

    - Dogs are difficult to restrain (not all members of the household are involved inhandling the dogs kept)

Dog owners are not attentive to schedules of vaccination (withall the alibis)

Weak implementation ofRabies Law to sanction dog ownersparticularly on Dog leashing

Dog owners who usually object/refuse to comply theRabiesLaw particularly on registration fees/penalties are those who areignorant of the Law

    - Absent during meeting/assembly when Rabies Laws were discussed

    - Just refused to understand (hard-headed)
