ORDER

The Government of Karnataka vide their letter No.DPAR 887 SAS 2014 dated 31.10.2014 have sent a proposal for fixation of

seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2011, 2012 and

2013. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No.14015/11/2013 AIS-1 (B) dated 4th July, 2014. The Seniority /year

of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant

rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formuia works out :-
