    4. Fold and unfold, makinga mark where it crosses thelong diagonal.

    5. Bring corner A to markB, creasing where shown.Then repeat steps 4 & 5 onthe other three corners.

    7. Mountain crease.Repeat on other threecorners.

    8. Form water-bombbase. Push towards youfrom behind smallestmountain fold.

    9. Model is not flat.Push in sides onexisting creases,spreading lower flaps.

    11. Fold up where limited byhidden water-bomb base.

    12. Swing back down.Repeat on other threesides.

    13. Lift two sides, andbring the rear triangularflap inside.

    10. Like so. Unfold, and repeatsteps 8 and 9 on other threesides. Then reform all four atonce.

    14. Squash triangular flapsymmetrically against innercorner. It helps to flatten thestanding corner a bit.

    15. Mountain fold the tip of thesquashed flap over the edge.Then unfold to step 11, andrepeat steps 13-15 on the otherthree corners.

    16. Bring up all four edges atonce, with triangular flapssquashed inside. Flip the tipsover the top edge of the vase,on the creases from step 15.

    17. Finished. Notice that thewhite flaps overlap a little bit.Tuck the right under the left oneach side of the vase, forsymmetry.
