General Conditions Conditions:

* Prices are valid from 01/12/15 till 30/11/16 only, and may be revised in the event of

currency devaluation or change in tax legislation.

* Prices are set in EURO (€) and are tax inclusive. They are calculated per person in a double

room for a minimum of 30 guests. As a result, any

Un-used service without prior notice before departure will not be refunded.

* One free guest for each 25 paying ones (including driver and guide).

Registration:

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the contracting party will make an initial pre-payment of 25%

of the total amount of the booking. The booking will subsequently be considered firm and final. The

remaining 75% is to be paid by bank transfer upon reception of our pro-forma invoice and before the

arrival of the group.

The group rooming list must be sent to ANDORRATOURS, 21 days before the arrival of the group so

as to enable us to send you your travel folder.

Changes:

In case of force majeure, the incoming agency reserves the right to alter the initial list of hotels or

apartments and will provide instead others belonging to the same category. The order of the

different tours and evening social events may be altered within the initial programme.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation, the following charges will be applied:

A / 30 to 15 days before the journey arrival: 5%

B / 14 to 8 days before the journey arrival: 15%

C / Between 7 and 2 days before the journey arrival: 50%

D / Less than 48 hours before the journey arrival: 100%

Liabilities:

ANDORRATOURS and the issuing company declare that they act as an intermediary between the

groups of customers and the businesses or individuals that provide the services mentioned in the

programme. ANDORRATOURS is in no way liable for problems resulting from criminal activities,

accidents, theft, bad weather, social unrest, civil war, armed conflicts (including floods, cyclones,

avalanches, wars, bombings, etc ...), change of accommodation or problems in transport due to

unforeseen events or failure of service that may arise: as a consequence ANDORRATOURS is not

liable for any extra expenses resulting from these events. The transport companies and customers

must necessarily take out insurance covering the risks mentioned above.

Acceptance of these conditions:

The contracting of one of our programmes implies the customer's full acceptance of all of the

conditions above.
