En horneado de media o alta intensidad es posible

abrir la compuerta para dejar salir el olor y vapor que

se genera al hornear. En horneado de baja intensidad,

la compuerta se debe mantener cerrada para disminuir

el consumo energético.

La piedra de pizza del horno es de mayor grosor y

almacena el calor durante más tiempo. Las piedras por

naturaleza absorben y emiten calor de forma lenta, lo

cual resulta en una base de pizza a la piedra más

uniforme. La cámara del horno tiene tres zonas de

calor: superior, frontal e inferior, que juegan un rol

importante en mantener la temperatura uniforme. Los

Dos estables anaqueles extraíbles, el superior cuenta además con prácticos recipientes. Perfecto como superfi-cie de descarga o para almacenar aceite y especias.

Panel de control inteligente fácil de utilizar, ¡único en un horno de pizza! El panel es fácil de manejar, pudi-endo uno escoger entre uso simple o avanzado. El modo simple tiene tres posiciones pre-definidas dependiendo del volumen de trabajo. En el modo avanzado, se realizan ajustes en detalle.

CARACTERÍSTICAS Y FUNCIONALIDAD

La serie P es un horno de pizza robusto, eficiente, ergonómico y fácil de usar.

1. Sistema de calor eficaz Compartimento de horno de gran calidad y aislamiento que mantiene el calor eficaz-

mente. Elementos calentadores fiables, con función turbo y dos sensores de temperatu-ra que calientan la cámara del horno en tres zonas de calor: superior, inferior y frontal. El calor se distribuye rápida y eficientemente a la temperatura correcta, y se mantiene así durante todo el periodo de horneado.

2. Puerta de construcción robusta Fácil de abrir y cerrar gracias a una sólida construcción y buena suspensión auxiliar. Las manillas de acero inoxidable esmerilado se mantienen frescas y otorgan un agarre confortable.

3. Entorno de trabajo mejoradoEl cristal templado que tiene una superficie exterior reflectante del calor retiene el calor en la cámara de cocción. Esto se traduce en un mejor clima de trabajo en la cocina del restaurante.

4. Panel de control a elecciónDos paneles diferentes a elección: estándar o el panel de control inteligente y de bajo consumo SD-Touch. SD-Touch es un panel sumamente fácil de usar que con pocos pasos sencillos y menús intuitivos aporta características valiosas para facilitar la rutina diaria.

5. Iluminación eficienteEfectiva iluminación halógena que proporciona una mejor luz de trabajo.

6. Patas robustas con ruedas bloqueablesLas ruedas bloqueables mantienen el horno en su lugar, pero permiten su desplaza-miento al limpiarlo. El modelo para mesa, P200, cuenta con patas ajustables como estándar.
