Todo el tiempo con su cosecha Secadores intermitentes de Granos/ Grains Intermittent Dryers Las Secadoras intermitentes de Granos son confeccionadas con sección rectangular donde está localizada la cámara de seca- dor y homogenización. Fabricada en chapa galvanizada (excepto el sistema de descarga), evita la oxidacion y garantiza mayor durabilidad, lo que resulta en una visible reduccion en los costos de manutención. La cámara es formada por: caballetes indi- viduales o bandejas, de acuerdo al modelo el secador, donde están acopladas las entradas de calentamiento provenientes del generador de calor y salida del aire saturado. El sistema de descarga se efectua por esclusas rotatoria o mesa oscilante, de acu- erdo con el modelo. Acoplado al secador, el elevador pose especificación de flujo que permite rápido secadosin daños al cereal. Su ventilador opera por aspiración del aire que pasa por el cereal, evitando lá polición del aire en el ambiente de trabajo y el sistema de calentamiento de aire puede se hecho por horno a leña, cáscara de arroz o gás (opicional). La secadora continua Pagé fué desarrollada obedeciendo a criterios indispensables para su planta de secado, tales como: des-
empeño, eficiencia y facilidad de operación. De construcción metálica en chapa galvanizada, su cuerpo principal es constituído
de una cámara de secado y de enfriamiento, formada por conductos triangulares, a través de los cuales el aire entra de un lado
y sali por el outro, atraviesa la camada de granos promoviendo el secado.
Para cereales con índices de humedad bajos, la secadora PAGÉ opera en régimen continuo, mientras que para índices de hume-
dad mas altos opera en régimen intermitente.
El sistema de descarga se efectúa por esclusas giratórias o neumática.
Pagé Continuous Dryer was carefully developed following indispensable criterion in its drying unit, such as: performance, effi-
ciency and easy operation. Made of galvanized plate, its main body consists of a cooling and drying chamber made of triangular
ducts. The air gets into one side of these ducts and by leaving through the other side it crosses the layer of grains, thus drying
and cooling them, respectively. For low moisture content grains, Pagé Dryer operates in a continuous mode, whereas for higher
moisture levels it operates in an intermittent mode. The unload system is carried out by rotating sluices or pneumatic.
