Promotores de salud (promotores) es un término en español para trabajadores de salud comunitarios (CHW, por sus siglas en inglés) en comunidades latinas.

Los promotores (CHW) son miembros de confianza de las comunidades a las que sirven, que actúan como educadores para abordar las disparidades mediante la conexión de los clientes con los servicios de salud y sociales correspondientes.
