What   I   en joy   i s   make  meeFngs   by   teams   where  issues   are   discussed,   the  views   of   workers   are   heard  and   analysis   to   improve  certain  topics  are  made.      I   have   been   doing   this   since  2010   and   I   saw   how   it  increase   the   performance   of  the  employees.      

EXPLANATION      

 Here  is  where  I  use  some  tools  to  help  obtain  a  beWer  visualizaFon  of  what  is  being  treated  as:  brainstorming,  pareto  diagram,  ishikawa,  mappings,  etc.  

It   is   not   just   a   meeFng,    this  is  Fme  that  let  me  help  them  to  raise  their  spirit  of  leadership  and  creaFvity.
