A.P: Enfermedad de Graves-Basedow tratada con yodo radiactivo. Hipotiroidismo

Motivo de consulta:• Masa cervical anterior• 2 meses evolución

Se decide realizar ecografía y análitica.

DIAGNÓSTICO DIFERENCIAL:Metástasis de carcinoma papilar sobre ganglio linfático.Metástasis de carcinoma papilar sobre quiste branquial.Carcinoma papilar de tiroides en tejido tiroideo ectópico.Metástasis de carcinoma papilar tiroideosobre quiste del conducto tirogloso.Quiste del conducto tiroglosomalignizado.

CONCLUSIONESEl carcinoma papilar del quiste del conducto tirogloso es una lesión rara, que se desarrollo en 1% de los casos.

Su diagnóstico mediante PAAF es muy difícil.

Es importante hacer el diagnóstico diferencial.
