FacilitiesNatural Foods counts with production rooms completely paneled and isolated from the outside. These rooms themselves count with the necessary temperature and humidity control that allow us guarantee hygiene conditions to work with powder products.

The production rooms are carefully split by the activity that takes place in them:

· Weight control room

· Mixing room: there are different mixing capacities, from 50 until 2000 liters ofvolume.

· Bottle packing room

· Bag packing room. Flow-pack vertical.

· Bagged room

· Batching area, labeling, shrinkand conditioning

· Packing of single-dose sachetsroom.

The transport of the dry mixtureis done by a vacuum aspirationsystem, in a closed circuit,in a way it’s completelyaseptic and easyto clean.
