Compra y venta de casas y au-tos en Cuba legal

Cuba registr en el primer trimestre de este ao 8,390 operaciones de compra-venta de vehculos entre particulares y 2,730 en de casa de viviendas, segn datos oficiales. Capriles promises to create one million jobs for youth

The opposing candidate for Presidency of Venezuela, Henrique Capriles, an-nounced that in order to win the elections next October 7, his government will crea-te a million jobs for young people bet-ween 15 and 30.Capriles said that over 400,000 young people today are unemployed in Vene-zuela and with no income, while out of 200,000 university graduates only 25% get a job, which is a hard figure.He said that 100,000 were promised in construction; 80,000, tourism; 60,000, transportation; 40,000 agriculture; and 10,000 in the oil industry.

Meets WestBy/Por: Nancy EstevesTenemos muchos padres celebres que muchos de nosotros queremos y admiramos, pero aqu en nuestra ciudad de Hollywood ,Florida descubrimos a un padre que no tiene nada que envidiarle a los famo-sos papas de Hollywood, California. Marco Semprum residente de Broward County, es el gerente general de la tienda Aarons en Dania Beach. El es original de Maracaibo, Venezuela, llego a EE UU en el ao 1996 y desde entonces ha estado trabajando con mucho xito en este maravilloso Pas que le abri sus puer-tas a l y a su bella familia.

Otros dos padres que se distinguen, son buenmozos y tienen una hermosa familia son Alejandro Domingo, propietario de Buleria Restaurant ubicado en el cen-tro de Hollywood Blvd. Alejandro y su familia llegaron a EE UU en el ao 1996 provenientes de Caracas, Venezuela y han tenido mucho xito en sus negocios.

Michael Newman, otro de nuestros padre escogidos para este especial de los padres, le encanta la msi-ca y la cultura Latina y est casado con la Dr. Marce-la Newman tienen dos hermosos hijos, ella tambin proviene de Venezuela, y es considerada como una de las mejores Odontlogas del condado de Broward.

Para todos estos Padres les deseamos muchas feli-cidades en su da.

We have a lot of favorite celebrity dads that all of us love and admire but here in our own quaint town in Hollywood, FL, we discove-red an amazing looking dad, which has nothing to envy those of Hollywood, California fathers. Mar-cos Semprun a local of Hollywood, Fl. is the GM of Aaron on Dania Beach. He is originally from Maracaibo Venezuela, arrived to the USA in 1996 and since then has been working successfully in this wonderful country that opened the doors to him and his beautiful family. Two other local dads that are distinguish, hand-some and have lovely families are Alejandro Do-mingo, owner of Buleria restaurant, located in Downtown Hollywood Blvd. Alejandro and his fa-mily arrived to the USA 11 years ago from Caracas Venezuela and have been very successful in their business. Michael Newman, our other selected dad for our feature, loves the Latin music and culture and is married to Dr. Marcela Newman, who also came from Venezuela and is considered one of the best Dentists in Broward County, and they have a beau-tiful children.

Come early and stay til the 5th, if you can. About half a million people line the Broward beaches on Fourth of July every year. The crowds flock towards the shores all day long, progressively increasing throughout the day. If you come early, you can find parking, stake out a good spot on the beach and set up your chairs, umbrellas and canopies. However if you can, my recommendation is to get a hotel room for the night. There are many affordable hotels right along the beach like the Beach Tide and the Oceanside that provide parking, which is a big plus. The fireworks end at about 9:30; you will feel great when you realize that you dont have to pack the car and drive west with everyone else. Dont worry about the food. If you forget your coolers and barbecues, not a problem! There are many places on the broadwalk where you can get a variety of foods, drinks and snacks, at reasonable prices, or if you want to splurge a little you can do that too, at places like Jakess, Mamacitas which are right next to each other on the broadwalk.A little rain wont hurt. I am not a meteorologist but from many years of experience living on the beach, I can already predict it will be very hot and sunny most of the day, although there is usually a little rain in the afternoon, which will last about 15-30 minutes. So dont leave it passes quickly. Parking will require patience; Parking Garages are your best option. Its much easier to find parking in the larger lots or garages. The private lots charge one amount for the whole day. It will be pricier than on a regular weekend or weekday. Finding available meters on 4th of July is almost the equivalent of winning the lottery, so odds are youll be driving in circles. My recommendation is to go straight to the lot you prefer and youll be set for the whole day! Below is a list of Public Parking Lots on the beach: OceanWalk Mall Garage A1A & Hollywood Boulevard Maurice Connell Garage 350 Johnson Street

Michigan Street Lot Directly east of M. Connell Garage North Beach Park Sheridan Street at A1A Garfield Parking Garage Garfield Street and A1A Keating Park 2400 South Ocean Drive Dunewalk/Summit Lot- 1200 South Ocean DriveConsider taking free shuttle transportation; especially if you are coming late in the afternoon or early evening. Maybe an entire day of the beach is not for you so I would recommend parking in Downtown Hollywood and taking free public transportation to the beach. You can find inexpensive parking in one of the city parking lots downtown. Then, take the shuttle buses that leave from the Lippman Multi-Purpose Center, 2030 Polk Street and drop off at AIA and Johnson Street. Make sure to check the schedule by calling 954-921-3551. Note that the Hollywood and Sheridan bridges usually closed in the eastbound direction between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Youll see wonderful fireworks. The fireworks that you see from the Hollywood boardwalk are launched from barges right off the shore. However many 4th of July visitors decide to bring their own. The best variety of fireworks can be bought on Dania Beach Blvd, at TNT Fireworks, just a 5 min car ride from Hollywood Beach. On the night of the 4th when you are ready to ignite and launch, please make sure you are very careful and follow all the rules.There is more to do than beach and fireworks. Family-oriented celebra-tion featuring live music at the Beach Theater, Johnson Street & the Broadwalk from 7 - 11 p.m.; Offshore fireworks at 9 p.m. A multicultural event. You will also find that Ho-llywood Beach is a melting pot of Americans along with many ethnicities. As they stare at the fireworks in the night sky you will see in many eyes, how grateful they are to live in this country of freedom and oppor-tunity. I know I am. Happy 4th of July!

According to the article, prices have risen to over 8% in some areas.For those who have been conside-ring selling your home but have been waiting for the market to improve, this may be the right opportunity to put your home on the market; here are some tips to maximize the sale price and minimize the days the property will be on the market for sale, it is important to understand that a small investment can result in a profit of thousands of additional dollars on the final sale.1) Once the decision to sell has been made, you have to say goodbye to the property as it is no longer your home but an item that you will offer for sale, so all items that made this house your home must be removed, such as photos souvenirs and other personal things. Remember, you want the new owner to imagine his photos and his things when looking at the property.2) Its time to clear out the bookcase that every day you look at and say to-

morrow I will organize it. Fue una recepcin muy agradable donde obsequiaron una gran variedad de deliciosas tapas y sangras y exhibieron los cuadros muy interesantes del Maestro Carlos Tirado Yepes, con su estilo nico de Anti pixel, que se ha llevado a exponer en salas y museos importantes del mundo entero. La tcnica lleva las imgenes a un formato en que la creacin es con unidades homogneas que le permiten, al igual que con la imagen digital ver la obra en la medida en que se aleja o se ve en la distancia y eso lo llaman anti-pixel porque es el resultado manual y no digital del proceso propio de ampliar la imagen. Tirado ha hecho muchos cuadros de rostros importantes como el de Marylin Monroe, la Mona Lisa, muchos presidentes, Paul McCartney y caracteres como Batman y Gi Joe.

A wide variety of delicious tapas and sangrias were served and paintings of artist Carlos Tirado Yepes were exhibited. His paintings have a unique style called Anti pixel, and have been exhibited worldwide. The technique is amazing and uses the manual result and not the digital of the proper process of amplifying an image. Preparing a barbecue has its hidden secrets and dads have a special talent for some awesome grilling. For Fathers Day I will reveal some amazing Latin American grilling techniques passed down through centuries of scrumptious parrillas (barbecues) so you can pamper dad on his special day.The main thing is to make a good fire and pick out a good steak, but there is an art to this: To prepare a good fire you need good coal. The ratio is 1 kg of coal per kg of meat. To start the fire it is best to put the coal on and under the grill, light the fire with a newspaper. Add paper until the charcoal heats up a good fire. If you notice many sparks jumping you need to add more coal. Wait until the coal has a consistent flame to put meat on the grill. It may take 30 to 45 minutes. Do not put the meat while the flames are still high, as they will only burn the meat to burn or have a bitter taste. The first things to be placed on the grill are the chicken, pork and sausages as they need thorough cooking; lastly the beef. Put salt before cooking. Meats that cook quickly need to be removed after turning them over. The thicker cuts should be put on the warmer side of the grill and put salt only on the side near the fire. After a few minutes, transfer it to a cooler place. Repeat the process when turning over. It is important not to turn the meat more than once. A good barbecue takes time to get ready, do not try to rush by adding more heat. Let the meat rest in a warm place for at least 10 minutes before cutting. If you are grilling chicken is recommended that before you put it in boiling water for 3 minutes so it cooks thoroughly. The grilled sausages are better if you place them on the edge of the grill. Consiente a PAPI con una buena Parilla el Da de los PadresPamper Dad with a hearty barbecue for Fathers DayPreparar una parrillada tiene sus secretos y los hombres bien lo saben. Pero para el da de los padres les voy a develar este secreto para que consientan a papa en su da.Lo principal es hacer un buen fuego y escoger una buena carne. Es un arte hacer una buena parilla: Para encender el fuego utiliza un buen carbn. La proporcin es de 1 kg de carbn por cada kg de carne. Para encenderlo, lo mejor es poner el carbn sobre la parrilla y debajo encender unas hojas de papel peridico. Aade las bolas de papel hasta que el carbn prenda bien.Si notas que saltan muchas chispas debes agregar ms carbn. Espera que el carbn se haya convertido en brasas para poner la carne en la parrilla. Esto puede tardar entre 30 y 45 minutos. No pongas la carne cuando an haya llamas altas, porque slo conseguirs que la carne se queme o que tenga un sabor amargo. Lo primero que se pone en la parrilla son el puerco, el pollo y los chorizos y al final la carne. chale sal antes de empezar a cocinar. Las carnes que se cocinan rpido hay que sacarlas al momento de darles vuelta. Los cortes ms gruesos ponlos en el lado ms caliente de la parrilla y chale sal slo en el lado que va al fuego. Luego de unos minutos trasldalo a un lugar menos caliente. Repite el proceso cuando la voltees. Es importante no voltear la carne ms de una vez. Una buena parrillada necesita tiempo para estar lista, no trates de apresurarla agregndole ms calor. Deja reposar la carne en un lugar tibio, por al menos 10 minutos antes de cortarla. Si vas a asar pollo es recomendable que antes lo pongas en agua hirviendo por 3 minutos Los chorizos quedan mejor asados si los ubicas en las orillas de la parrilla. Y finalmente para acompaar t asado, si prefieres un buen vino Merlot, lo podrs conseguir en Hollywood Discount Liquors que siempre tienen buenos especiales. Many of are guilty of this and most of us are trying to lose that weight. So what do we do to take control?There are several differences between emotional hunger and physical hunger:1. Emotional hunger comes on suddenly; physical hunger occurs gradually.2. Even when you are full, if youre eating to satisfy an emotional need, youre more likely to keep eating. When youre eating because youre hungry, youre more likely to stop when youre full.5. Emotional eating can leave behind feelings of guilt; eating when you are physically hungry does not.Take control of your emotional eating:

Recognize emotional eating and learn what triggers this behavior in you. Make a list of things to do when you get the urge to eat and youre not hungry, and carry it with you. When you feel overwhelmed, you can put off that desire by doing another enjoyable activity. Try taking a walk, calling a friend, playing cards, cleaning your room, doing laundry, or something productive to take your mind off the craving even taking a nap. When you do get the urge to eat when youre not hungry, find a comfort food thats healthy instead of junk food. Comfort foods dont need to be unhealthy! For some, leaving comfort foods behind when theyre dieting can be emotionally difficult. The key is moderation, not elimination. Divide comfort foods into smaller portions. For instance, if you have a large bag of chips, divide it into smaller containers or baggies and the temptation to eat more than one serving can be avoided. Remember moderation is the key!

Este procedimiento se puede realizar en una o dos visitas y lo puede hacer el odont-logo general o el endondoncista. El ltimo paso para restaurar un diente con tratamiento de conducto es la corona (crown). Es importante que los pacientes sepan que la corona es un procedimien-to aparte del tratamiento de conducto y que existe un costo adicional por la coro-na y el mun (poste o perno radicular).

Next, to keep the area dry and free of saliva during treatment, a rubber dam is placed (a sheet of rubber) around the tooth. The infected nerve tissue is remo-ved from the tooth using files and anti-microbial agents. Once the tooth is tho-roughly cleaned, it is sealed with a pink plastic filler called gutta percha. The final step involves further restoration of the tooth with a crown. A root canal requires one or more office visits. At the end of last years losing season and inconsistencies in the quarterback position, the Miami Dolphins coaches, owner, and fans knew something had to be done. After attempts at acquiring a franchise quarterback such as Payton Manning failed, they instead acquired a quarterback with 9 years of NFL experience from the Jaguars, David Gerrard coming back from a year of recovery for a herniated disc injury. Then the Dolphins picked Ryan Tannehill in the first-round, an athletic quarterback who led Texas A&M. They also

kept Mat Moore the current Dolphins quarterback with an impressive quarterback rating of 97.8 who has not been able to solidly lead the team forward. So the big question is who will be taking that first snap at the regular season opener on September 9th against the Houston Texans? As a Dolphins fan attempting to be positive, at least we have options to make adjustments during the season no matter who starts that first game. I will be looking to our new coach Joe Philbin to make the right adjustments and get us a winning season in 2012-13.
