Los 0agistrados( cual$uiera sea su rango( especialidad o denominacin ejercen la
direccin de los procesos de su competencia y est#n obligados a impulsarlos de oficio(
sal!o reser!a procesal e'presa%
Con este objeto tienen autoridad sobre todos los inter!inientes en los procesos
judiciales de su competencia( $uienes les deben el respeto y las consideraciones
inherentes a su funcin%
