NOTICIAS DE RADIO DE ONDA MEDIA ARGENTINA Provincia de Mendoza

La Agencia de Comunicaciones de la municipalidad de Malargüe recibió una gran noticia, la cual quedará en la historia de nuestro departamento; porque el Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones habilitó la licencia -clic para ver la resolución- para que el municipio local instale, funcione y explote el servicio de radiodifusión sonora en la

frecuencia de amplitud modulada (AM) 1390 con una potencia diurna de 1 Kw. y una potencia nocturna de 0,25 Kw. La categoría es la VI y la señal distintiva LRJ217, en la ciudad de Malargüe, provincia de Mendoza. El anuncio fue publicado el martes 18 de agosto en el Boletín Oficial.

Fueron varias las gestiones que debieron realizarse para obtener este logro, las cuales fueron encabezadas por la directora de la Agencia de Comunicaciones, Téc. Sup. Pamela Rodríguez y el encargado de la Imagen Institucional, Julio Paz. Esto marca el principio de una gran historia, no solo para Malargüe sino también para el municipio puesto que esto permite ampliar las comunicaciones en la zona rural, uno de los objetivos del intendente Juan Ojeda desde su asunción.

“Me pone muy contento haber conseguido esta licencia para todos los malargüinos, ya que nos permitirá acercarle a toda la comunidad los productos que estamos llevándoles a través de la FM Municipal”, enfatizó el Intendente malargüino, quien además agradeció a Julio Paz y Pamela Rodríguez por trabajar conjuntamente con él en este objetivo.

Si todo sale bien, en unos meses Malargüe inaugurará la segunda AM de la ciudad, la cual será solventada y administrada en su totalidad por la Municipalidad. “Luego de la autorización se deben adquirir equipos, montarlos y armar programación”, informó la Téc. Sup. Pamela Rodríguez, directora de la Agencia de Comunicaciones.

Seguidamente la profesional afirmó que la AM funcionará paralelamente a la FM 94.5 Radio Municipal. Con respecto a la programación de la nueva frecuencia, Rodríguez reveló que aún no está definida, pero ni bien esté confirmada se dará a conocer públicamente.

“Ha sido un proceso muy largo y difícil, en donde el trabajo de los empleados que desarrollan funciones en la Agencia ha tenido mucho que ver con este logro, porque gracias a su desempeño y la variedad de programas (culturales, educativos, informativos, entretenimiento, salud, entre otros) que se ofrecen en la 94.5 es que hemos conseguido esta habilitación”, puntualizó la Directora.(https://www.malargue.gov.ar/?p=88778)

Provincia de San Juan

El edificio de Radio Nacional San Juan LRA23 está ubicado junto al Correo Argentino en el centro sanjuanino. Allí, un prometedor y ambicioso proyecto de reconstrucción empieza a tomar forma con la conducción de su nuevo director, Mauricio Lucero, quien bajo la nueva gestión nacional asumió en el cargo y reemplazó a Roberto Di Luciano.

Para Lucero lo más importante es abrir el micrófono. Así lo dice y lo demuestra. Desde el lunes pasado empezaron los programas locales con la novedosa incorporación del actor y conductor sanjuanino Ariel Sampaolesi en un importante horario. El programa se llama “Ni los Chocos” y por ahora va de lunes a viernes de 13 a 14, aunque en septiembre irá de 13 a 16. Como co-conductora lo acompaña momentáneamente la periodista Bianca Piacentini, quien asumió la responsabilidad del área de género de la emisora.

La cuestión de género parece ser prioritaria en esta nueva etapa. Además de la incorporación de Bianca Piacentini, la radio apostó de entrada al cupo laboral trans e incorporó a Fernanda Donoso como movilera y también tendrá un programa hecho por el colectivo LGTBI de la provincia que se llamará “La otra mirada”.

Otra de las cosas en las que la nueva dirección de Radio Nacional San Juan LRA23 hace hincapié es el concepto literal de la reconstrucción. Con un edificio y mobiliario muy deteriorado y antiguo, el desafío pasa por gestionar de la mejor manera los recursos económicos que en época de pandemia no abundan. Programación, contenidos, calidad y mejoras en las instalaciones: todas prioridades para la nueva conducción.

De hecho, como para ilustrar el estado de abandono que sufrió la Radio en los últimos años, Tiempo de San Juan accedió al Departamento de Cultura, el anfiteatro y la discoteca. En esas habitaciones destinadas a distintas facetas de la institución se puede observar cómo sus puertas han permanecido cerradas en el periodo anterior. Alfombra desgastada, un piano abandonado, butacas con alambres que sobresalen, paredes despintadas, discos llenos de polvo y cintas de décadas de programación abandonadas, entre tantas otras cosas.

Este sábado arrancan los podcast, otra de las apuestas fuertes de la nueva gestión. Con contenido cien por ciento local, este formato buscará empezar a llenar la FM 101.9 con voces sanjuaninas. Otra de las cosas que se podrá escuchar en esta nueva etapa es música local, con distintos artistas que sonarán a toda hora.(Tiempo San Juan)

Durante la segunda hora de transmisiones visitaremos radiofónicamente Panamá, descubriendo juntos la historia de su radio.

Literatura de Radio

En 36.500 días de radio Carlos Ulanovsky recorre con conocimiento de causa y mucho amor el siglo de vida de la radiofonía argentina, en un repaso histórico por el dial que se vale de la voz de sus protagonistas, pero sobre todo de recuerdos y anécdotas, acompañados por un entrañable material fotográfico de archivo de ayer y hoy. Aquí, un adelanto.

“………………………………………A partir de 1940 y durante 22 años (luego el ciclo tuvo otra etapa, hasta avanzada la década del 60) hubo un programa que casi no admitió fisuras, ni provocaba dolores de cabeza, tal vez porque su principal auspiciante en el tiempo fue el analgésico Mejoral. Los Pérez García salía por Radio El Mundo de lunes a viernes, inicialmente escrito por Oscar Luis Massa, más adelante reemplazado por Luis María Grau, quien fue responsable de los guiones por mayor tiempo. Así lo definió el hombre que lo largo de décadas le dió vida esta familia inefable. “Son el compendio de

todos nosotros, nuestros vecinos, nuestros amigos, los desconocidos que pasan a nuestro lado. Son esa inmensa mayoría cuyos conflictos, graves o insignificantes, siempre serán importantes para alguien. Para comprenderlos no se necesita otra cosa que haber sabido formar un hogar”, escribió Grau.

Y de este modo caracterizó a los personajes de la historia: “Don Pedro, Doña Clara, Luisa, Raul, Mabel, Tito, el mejor amigo de la familia, Castilla, su esposa Catalina, Cachito… Ellos no saben de crímenes de guerra, ni de problemas sociales o políticos… solo se conmueven ante el drama familiar o ante el problema hondamente humano… Se me podrá reprochar que esto no es la representación cabal de una familia de nuestra época, pero ¿no es mejor que de vez en cuando encontremos gente incontaminada y con una nobleza a toda prueba?”.

En los años en que Los Pérez García estuvo en el aire no existían los variados y sofisticados procedimientos de verificación de audiencia como los que existen ahora. Pero, cada tanto, se las arreglaban para comprobar la popularidad y el alcance del programa. Van algunos ejemplos.

El programa se iniciaba con un efecto de teléfono sonando. Atendía rotativamente algún habitante de la casa y a partir de un momento la llamada tenía una dedicatoria que, aunque tenía estirpe de clave neumática, era sencilla de descifrar. Podían decir: “Sí, Mario, el zapatero, está la casa de los Pérez García” o “la abuela Ignacia que se recupera de una intervención” o “Para Coco,hincha de Chacarita”. De inmediato, y por varios días, la o el aludido recibía centenares de confirmaciones. “¡¡¡Te nombraron los Pérez García!!!”. O de preguntas, consultando si, efectivamente, se trataba de ella o de él.

Mabel entró al hogar de Los Pérez García como mucama, pero es forzada, honesta y enemiga de las trapisondas, se ganó de a poco la confianza de sus patrones y, como si fuera poco, enamoró al niño Raúl. Acontecimiento para nada conformista, y que no pocos interpretaron como representativo de las innegables oportunidades de ascenso social que generó el peronismo. A principios de 1955 estos novios anunciaron su próxima boda. El programa planteó, como concurso, una adivinanza: ¿en qué día de septiembre se casarían Mabel y Raúl? Las más de 300 mil cartas que llegaron (y que colmaron una oficina completa de la emisora) fueron una comprobación más de la popularidad del ciclo. Más de 75 mil acertaron en que la fecha sería la del 21 de septiembre, pero solo dos afortunados se quedaron con un gran regalo: 5 mil pesos para cada uno, una fortuna para la época. No fueron pocos los que se privaron de opinar acerca de la inconveniencia de que se casaron dos personas de distinto origen social.

En noviembre de ese mismo año fallece el Actor Martín Zabalúa, el protagonista del jefe de esa familia. Durante más de un mes el de filo y docentes por la emisora fue incesante. Todos llegaban acongojados para ofrecer su pésame por la muerte de don Pedro, a quién consideraban alguien de su propia familia y, de paso, acompañar el sentimiento de adiós Clara. El guionista decidió que el personaje permaneciera en su condición de viuda…………”(extraído de Pagina 12)

ARGENTINA

Programas de radio que llevan hasta 75 años en emisoras de las provincias se

convirtieron en faros de información, entretenimiento, ayuda y compañía y aún hoy

marcan la historia con miles de anécdotas que se renuevan en el centenario del servicio

de comunicación de mayor alcance en el país.

Varios de sus protagonistas contaron a Télam su experiencia en décadas de labor

ininterrumpida y destacaron que pertenecen a una generación que se formó “con más

imaginación que imágenes” y con un fuerte rol social, en especial para zonas poco

pobladas, trabajadores alejados de sus familias o personas que buscan ayuda, además de

transmitir pasión por los deportes.

Entre Ríos

Uno de los programas más antiguos de la radiofonía cumplió 75 años en julio y sigue al

aire por radio Nacional LT 14 de Paraná. Es Tribuna Deportiva y, según el conductor

Sebastián Britos, “no nació el 8 de julio como la radio (la primera de Entre Ríos), pero

sí a los días y nunca dejó de transmitirse”.

De los tres cuartos de siglo del programa, Britos estuvo presente más de 40 años y

resaltó la cobertura de eventos internacionales, pero también destacó la presencia en

campeonatos regionales, incluso en ciudades “donde no había nada ni nadie pero sí una

cancha de fútbol y allí se jugaba el Federal y estaba Tribuna Deportiva”.

San Luis

Con 60 años al aire, “Noches de Serenata” se difunde los sábados por la noche en

diferentes emisoras de San Luis y si bien, por el coronavirus, este año no ha salido al

aire aún, su conductor, creador y productor Julio Luis Gatto dijo a Télam que su

objetivo fue hacer un programa “que vincule a la gente, que le lleve alegría, música y

saludos haciendo un culto de la amistad, además de difundir la música de los artistas

locales en vivo o grabados”.

Mendoza

En Mendoza, el ‘Carnet Social’, es un bloque de Servicios que se emite por radio LV4

San Rafael, desde hace 65 años y es uno de los más antiguos de la radiofonía en

Argentina por continuidad en horario y permanencia.

Susana Platero, locutora de la radio, recordó a Telam que ese bloque diario “comenzó

en la década del 50 con registros después del ’55” y señaló que por entonces la

comunicación en un territorio tan grande era muy escasa, había muy pocos teléfonos por

lo que la gente necesitaba conocer “los acontecimientos sociales”, como saludos de

cumpleaños, las misas por los difuntos y por supuesto la gente que fallecía.

Santa Fe

En Rosario, “El Puente Canalla” es el programa de fútbol partidario más antiguo de la

ciudad, con 29 años ininterrumpidos en el aire de la TL 105.5 Rock Nacional.

Su creador, Humberto Glavinich, conocido como el “Chino Nosky”, resaltó:

“Somos el programa decano de los programas partidarios y el más viejo de la radio” y

aclaró que “El Puente no es solamente un programa de radio sino que es un espacio que

genera un montón de movidas sociales” y hasta llegó a tener una sección en la que

entrevistaban “por teléfono a los pibes que estaban privados de la libertad en las

comisarías”.

Jujuy

En Jujuy, el programa Al Despertar que se emite de lunes a viernes de 6 a 9 por LW8

cumple 30 años y su conductor, el periodista Jorge Solís, aseguró que la radio “es

fundamental en una sociedad y tiene un rol como ningún otro medio por su llegada”.

Santa Cruz

En Santa Cruz, la radiodifusión comenzó con LU12 Radio Río Gallegos en marzo de

1938, y tuvo un rol fundamental para la comunicación de sus habitantes, debido a las

distancias, en especial en los crudos inviernos.

El programa que tiene mayor continuidad a lo largo de la historia es el “Boletín Enosis”

con los Mensajes Para El Hombre de Campo que, diariamente, llega a cada rincón

provincial e incluso hoy en la emisora contaron que además de recibir mensajes por

mails y what sapp “damos papelitos que la gente trae al locutor”.

Catamarca

En Catamarca, “Alta Dimensión en Folklore” es “con casi 44 años el programa más

tradicional y antiguo de la provincia”, que se emite por radio Ancasti 98.5, dijo a Télam

su creador y conductor Carlos Barrionuevo.

“Es un programa muy abierto, periodístico, musical que trata de inculcar a nuestros

oyentes la importancia del folklore como ciencia, además de apoyar en forma

determinante, total y a ultranza a nuestro cantores populares, tratamos de descifrar y

determinar que existe realmente un folclore auténticamente nuestro catamarqueño,

como es la vidala”, aseguró.

Córdoba

El conductor Aldo Blanco, trabajador de Radio Nacional Córdoba, recordó que desde

sus comienzos atendiendo el teléfono y pidiendo datos del tiempo al observatorio

meteorológico cada hora, hasta ser conductor y notero de diversos programas en la

emisora, vivió innumerables anécdotas.

Entre ellas, destacó que en 1987 cuando conducía el programa ‘Cuando nos quedamos

despiertos’ en la madrugada de un domingo, llamó el capitán Martínez desde un barco a

la altura de Comodoro Rivadavia y le pidió que mandara saludos a su madre que vivía

en Alta Córdoba, a pocas cuadras de la sede de la radio, algo que marca el alcance de la

emisión de los programas radiales, en años en que no había internet, ni teléfonos

celulares.

En Córdoba, el programa Juntos que conduce Mario Pereyra, lleva casi 31 años de

emisión, entre LV3 y LV2.

Tierra del Fuego

En Tierra del Fuego, programa más antiguo se llama “La ciudad despierta” y sale al aire

desde hace 30 años. Su creador, Alfredo Valdez, contó su pasión por la radio al recordar

que la escucha desde su infancia como toda una generación que “tuvo más radio que

tele y más imaginación que imágenes· y que grabó en sus memorias las voces de Bety

Elizalde, Nora Perlé, Juan Alberto Badía y Eduardo Aliverti”.

Provincia de Buenos Aires

En Bahía Blanca, Lorenzo Natali conduce desde hace 40 años su programa

“Bienvenidos” por LU2 y contó que tras identificarse con esa emisora “me quedé a

pasar mi vida en la radio”.

Chubut

En Chubut, el locutor Carlos Omar Barrailles marcó a fuego la radiofonía de Comodoro

Rivadavia, donde a sus 83 años sigue el frente de su programa “Nuestras mañanas”, que

comenzó llamándose “Mañanas alegres” hace 50 años.

Los micrófonos, dice, “han sido mi pasión” y el programa sigue vigente porque, analiza,

es “la continuidad de un estilo y también la persistencia de un objetivo que era y es

integrar a la sociedad de Comodoro Rivadavia”.

Río Negro

En Río Negro, también desde hace 50 años, el locutor Gustavo Monti conduce “Nuestro

Sur”, todas las tardes por la emisora LU19 de Cipolletti, y define a su obra como un

programa que “indaga sobre la historia del sur de la Patagonia, su origen, las

leyendas,mítos, poemas y cantares de esta regíon del sur argentino”.

La Pampa

En La Pampa, la cooperativa que mantiene viva a LU33 cuenta con un programa

destinado al hombre de campo, “Acortando distancia”, y su conductor Hermes Torra,

destacó su retransmisión por 15 FM para informar sobre el movimiento de los

mercados, los remates y hasta conocer de gente que busca trabajo como peón o

encargado rural.

“Yo paso los datos de la lluvia, si cayó una gran helada, si se suspendió un remate y

hasta informo sobre el estado de los caminos y toda esa información me llega de los

propios productores y eso a mí, me satisface en lo personal y me llena de orgullo en lo

profesional”, confiesa Torra.

Neuquén

En Neuquén, en el marco del centenario de la radio, la Legislatura aprobó hoy en

general y lo hará mañana en particular, declarar el 10 de abril como “Día

Provincial de la Radiofonía”, en homenaje a LU5 Radio Neuquén creada en 1945.

El diputado provincial del Frente de Todos y periodista Sergio Fernández Novoa, dijo a

“Télam” que “la radio ha sido mucho más que una compañía en regiones alejadas de las

grandes urbes, lugares a los que no llegan otros medios de información; la instalación y

explotación de emisoras apuntaló la idea de comunidad, fue de esencial utilidad para

aquellos que habitan rincones separados por grandes distancias geográficas”.

Santiago del Estero

En Santiago del Estero, “Alero quichua santiagueño”, el programa creado por el

violinista Sixto Palavecino cumplió 51 años ininterrumpidos al aire y sigue todos los

domingos por Radio Nacional, con la conducción de “Chini” Palavecino, hija del

folklorista y defensor idioma de sus ancestros.

Chaco

En Chaco, Justo Ramón Sotelo, quien conduce el programa “Chaco Adentro” desde

1986, reseñó que “la radio continúa vigente, aunque por otros medios. Así como vi las

radios Spika que tenían colgadas de sus cinturas los cosecheros algodoneros hoy se

escucha en directo por aire o streaming vía internet y en otros formatos digitales a los

que se puede acceder”.

“La radio no va a desaparecer porque inspira una sensación de cercanía, proximidad que

comunica lo que sucede ahora, al instante, algo que otros medios no pudieron lograr y

más allá de los formatos con que se emitan las señales creo que es algo que nunca va

decaer porque hay cierta magia en la comunicación”, reflexionó el también docente

Sotelo.

COLOMBIA

Este primero de septiembre se cumplen 50 años desde que el periodista empírico y apasionado, Arnulfo Sánchez, emitiera por primera vez el noticiero local Econoticias, emblema de la emisora Ecos del Combeima, la más antigua pero al mismo tiempo más moderna del Tolima.

Don Arnulfo Sánchez es un periodista con una trayectoria de más de 60 años de experiencia en radio y prensa. Durante su extensa carrera vivió momentos que marcaron la historia del país y fue partícipe de la creación de medios informativos que a día de hoy perduran y han dejado huella en el periodismo colombiano.

El origen de su carrera y su categoría de emblema tolimense nació en 1960, cuando el exsenador Jaime Pava Navarro fundó junto a Sánchez la emisora La Voz del Llano, en Villavicencio.

Posteriormente, en 1970 Pava compró Ecos del Combeima, en Ibagué, y decidió traer a su haz de espadas Arnulfo Sánchez para que dirigiera este nuevo proyecto.

Fue así como Arnulfo, nacido en Villarica y criado en Espinal (Tolima), regresó a ser profeta en su tierra con una propuesta periodística bien afinada.

El primero de septiembre de ese 1970, Arnulfo Sánchez crea el noticiero Econoticias, el cual buscaba ser la entidad regional de los tolimenses, contando y hablando noticias de interés local y que resaltaran las virtudes y aptitudes del Tolima.

En su año de inauguración, Econoticias se enfrento a su primer gran reto: los Juegos Nacionales de 1970.

Este evento deportivo que ha sido cara y sello para el departamento, pues en el 70 fue un éxito y trajo avance en materia de infraestructura deportiva que elevó el orgullo tolimense, pero que en 2015 avergonzó al departamento por estar rodeado de corrupción.

Con un cubrimiento desde todos los ángulos de ese evento, Econoticias entró sonando fuerte en audiencia local. Desde allí vinieron exitos.

Sin embargo, no todo fueron momentos de orgullo y júbilo. Don Arnulfo Sánchez, como muchos periodistas de Colombia, fue testigo de primera mano de la tragedia de Armero. Un hecho que desapareció de la faz de la tierra a todo un pueblo y que se dio a conocer gracias a la radio.

Al principio fue difícil. Durante muchos años luchamos para mantener a flote la emisora, que ahora era nuestra responsabilidad

Arnulfo se puso sus botas pantaneras y, más allá de su labor periodística, ayudó como pudo a los sobrevivientes del siniestro natural. Entre lágrimas reporto todos los acontecimientos que pudo durante el tiempo que estuvo en el pueblo que ya no existe.

Sin dudas, fue una situación que marcó y lo comprometió más aún con su trabajo y su pueblo. Una de las obsesiones de don Arnulfo, como relata su hijo Juan Pablo Sánchez, fue la identidad tolimense, y que todo el departamento se sintiera orgulloso de sus raices, costumbres y tradiciones.

Fue así como Arnulfo lideró campañas, a través de Econoticias y Ecos del Combeima, para que las fiestas en el departamento se realizaran al máximo nivel posible.

Uno de sus grandes logros en el folclor local ocurrió en 1978, cuando logró que más de 20 mil personas se reunieran para cantar música tolimense en honor al departamento. Incluso, según reportó este diario, fueron 25 mil niños que caminaron las calles de Ibagué embelesando a la comunidad con su canto folclórico. Otro de los inventos y aportes de don Arnulfo al folclor tolimense fue el desfile de muñecos de año viejo. Este evento consistía en que los 31 de diciembre de cada año, la gente hacía sus muñecos de año viejo imitando a algún personaje famoso de Colombia o el mundo y los paseaban por una calle de Ibagué, donde finalmente los quemaban para despedir el año.

En 1999, Arnulfo Sánchez tomó la decisión, junto a sus dos hijos y su esposa, de comprar la emisora donde llevaba 29 años trabajando a diario. Él ya no quería ser el

empleado, el socio y/o el arrendatario que había sido durante aquel lapso, ahora quería tener el control.

Fue así como se endeudó para comprarle la emisora a la familia Pava y empezar su carrera como empresario, al tiempo que seguía presentando su noticiero todos los días de 6 a 8 a. m. y de 12 a 2 p. m.

“Al principio fue difícil. Durante muchos años luchamos para mantener a flote la emisora, que ahora era nuestra responsabilidad”, declaró Juan Pablo Sánchez, hijo de Arnulfo y actual gerente de Ecos del Combeima.

Ya don Arnulfo no dirige el noticiero ni está a cargo de la compañía, pues tiene 84 años y está disfrutando de su retiro. Este periodista apasionado y referente del folclor tolimense ahora vive su vida en su casa con su familia. Ya trabajó más de 60 años y ahora sus hijos se encargan de continuar su legado, el cual ha dejado huella en el corazón de los tolimenses.

Para celebrar sus 50 años, Econoticias presentará una entrevista con el presidente Iván Duque y un foro de innovación. Todo lo anterior en su nuevo horario, el cual ahora es una franja informativa que arranca desde las 6 de la mañana hasta la 1 de la tarde.(El Tiempo.com)

CUBA En el contexto de las celebraciones por el aniversario 98 de la Radio Cubana, conmemorado en todo el país este 22 de agosto, se realizó la reinauguración de la emisora provincial CMKO Radio Angulo en la ciudad de Holguín, después de un proceso de remozamiento. “A la imagen renovada que luce hoy la emisora, le antecede alrededor de un año de reparación y mantenimiento, luego de un incendio devastador en el estudio grande de grabaciones”, destacó a ¡ahora! digital Yaneisy Figueredo Aguilar, directora del Sistema Provincial de la Radio.

En ese momento la intervención era necesaria, pues el trabajo se realizaba en condiciones incómodas debido a los daños ocasionados por el fuego. Al respecto agregó: “Cuando comenzaron las acciones constructivas se trasladaron los servicios hacia otros locales, los cuales fueron adaptados con las mínimas condiciones, pero nunca se renunció a seguir haciendo radio. “Se trabajó fuertemente en los tres estudios. Perfeccionamos los requerimientos técnicos en cuanto a la acústica, la tecnología y los equipos de clima. “Las labores de remozamiento estuvieron a cargo de una brigada perteneciente a la Empresa de Servicios al Arte. Hubo un trabajo conjunto y una exigencia constante, lo cual garantizó el éxito y la calidad de cada aspecto”. Durante el encuentro, realizado en el estudio principal de Radio Angulo, se reconoció la incansable labor desempeñada por periodistas, locutores y realizadores, con creatividad y responsabilidad, en la etapa de enfrentamiento a la pandemia. Asimismo, anunciaron el inicio oficial de la Campaña aniversario 85 de la emisora, por festejarse el primero de agosto de 2021 y distinguieron a Noire Aguilera Montaña y Bárbara Sánchez Rojas. El acto fue transmitido en vivo por la frecuencia de esta planta radial y contó con la presencia de Carlos Álvarez Mayo, jefe de Departamento Ideológico del Comité Provincial del PCC, Yunia Pérez Hernández, gobernadora provincial y Fidel Troya García, presidente de la filial provincial de la Unión de Periodistas de Cuba (Upec). Luego de semanas de trabajo en coordinación con la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local (UGEL) Purús, instituciones educativas, la Compañía de las Hijas de la Caridad de San Vicente de Paúl y los pobladores reactivaron la transmisión de Radio Esperanza con la finalidad de llegar a los hogares, el programa educativo “Aprendo en casa”.

Radio Esperanza pertenece a la parroquia Santa Rosa de Purús del Vicariato de Puerto Maldonado. Además de reproducir los contenidos de la estrategia “Aprendo en casa” en lenguas originarias, también informa a la comunidad sobre los cuidados y medidas preventivas frente al covid–19 y difunde la labor de la congregación y de la Diocesana de Educación Católica.

La hermanas de la Compañía de las Hijas de la Caridad de San Vicente de Paúl, Yacqueline Félix Pachas, Lorena Ramos, Mary Canaza y Nelly Useca, se veían preocupadas que la educación de los estudiantes de la comunidad estaba paralizada pues en esta zona fronteriza con Brasil no hay servicio de internet y la señal de radio y televisión solo podía llegar con la instalación de antenas satelitales.

“Dejar a nuestros niños sin la posibilidad de estudiar era muy injusto. Sin señal de internet, televisión ni radio, no había manera de que nuestros niños accedieran a la estrategia educativa Aprendo en casa que el Ministerio de Educación (Minedu) había implementado. Entonces, pedimos apoyo para activar la radio de nuestra parroquia, que se llama Radio Esperanza y llevaba año y medio sin funcionar”, explica la hermana Yacqueline Félix Pachas.

A la fecha, aproximadamente el 90% de los escolares de 43 poblados indígenas que pertenecen a la jurisdicción de la UGEL de la provincia de Purús acceden al programa educativo “Aprendo en casa” gracias a esta iniciativa, que se suma al esfuerzo del Minedu para llevar la educación a todos los rincones del país.(Radio Nacional del Perú)

CONCEPTOS PRINCIPALES --------------------- La propagacion es el fenomeno provocado por la ionosfera, la cual permite la recepcion de señales, gracias a la refraccion que esta produce. La ionosfera esta formada por varias capas, llamadas

D, E, F1 y F2. La capa E esta situada a 96 kilometros de altura, y es la que envia la mayoria de las señales de onda corta. Las capas F1 y F2 estan localizadas a mucha mas altura, 160 y 320 kilometros respectivamente, y trabaja mejor en las frecuencias superiores de la region de onda corta. La capa D es la mas cercana a la tierra, situada cerca de 80 kilometros de altura. En lugar de reflejar señales detras de la tierra sobre el horizonte, la capa D trabaja contra nosotros absorbiendo señales de radio en el borde inferior de bandas de onda corta de modo que estas llegan demasiado debiles a alcanzar la capa E. Pero la capa D desaparece rapidamente de noche, de modo que las mas bajas frecuencias sobreviven mas rapidamente durante las horas de la noche, y de esta forma actua la capa E. Si la frecuencia es demasiado alta, la onda no se refracta para volver a la tierra suficientemente. Se llama frecuencia maxima utilizable MUF a aquella en la que es factible su propagacion entre dos puntos de la tierra. Sin embargo, debido a la gran variabilidad que existe en la densidad del electron de la region de F2, las MUFs no son limites absolutos, y pueden darse excepciones al calculo. Las señales que lleguen a la capa F2 deben atravesar la region de la capa E de la ionosfera. La capa E tambien es capaz de "reflejar" las señales de HF, y si el MUF de la capa E es demasiado alto, las señales que quieran alcanzar la capa F son bloqueadas por la capa E. Este fenomeno es llamado ECOF; es decir las frecuencias por debajo del ECOF no atravesaran la capa E. Las señales pueden propagarse entre dos puntos de la tierra via capa E de la misma manera que cuando lo hacen via capa F2, pero la distancia de tierra maxima del salto de la capa E es solo aproximadamente de 2000 Km.

PARAMETROS DE MEDICION ---------------------- La propagacion se mide con diversos procedimientos y parametros (unidades) de los que podemos mencionar: FLUJO SOLAR: se refiere a la cantidad de manchas (llamaradas) solares emitidas por el Sol en la banda de 10.7 cm (2800 Mhz) y se relaciona estrechamente a la cantidad de radiacion ultravioleta que se necesita para crear un nivel adecuado para la ionosfera (responsable de la refraccion de las ondas de radio), tomado en SSN (Sunspot Number) y Flux como unidades. INDICES A y K: se refiere a los indices de actividad geomagneticas por ejemplo tormentas solares que influyen negativamente en la propagacion de las ondas de radio. Indices (K: mayores de 5) o (A: mayores de 20) indican condiciones de tormenta solares con un campo de actividad geomagnetica activo por lo que no es bueno para la escucha. Cuanto mas activo es mas inestable la propagacion con posibles periodos de propagacion cerrada por lo que lo mejor que podemos hacer es apagar el receptor. A50 - A99 = tormentas mayores A100 - A400 = tormentas severas TABLA SINOPTICA DE VALORES DE INDICES K --------------------------------------- K0= inactivo K1= muy calmo K2= calmo K3= inestable K4= activo K5= tormentas menores K6= tormentas mayores K7= tormentas severas K8= tormentas muy severas K9= tormentas extremadamente severas Por consiguiente un alto Indice A, es indicativo de mas ruido y absorcion donde las altas frecuencias son afectadas primero y luego las bandas bajas. Un indice A menor que 7 es bueno, en terminos de condiciones promedio. Los indices K son leidos en intervalos de 3 horas, indicando la actividad actual. Aurora: este nivel es actualizado cada dia con el paso del satelite polar NOAA-12 POES de donde se extraen los valores. Se refiere a los dx´s en niveles polares. En sintesis: Altos Indices A y K : condiciones negativas para la escucha. Niveles de Aurora indican condiciones polares (muy buena para VHF y buena para HF si el valor es bajo. We drive a few km further north, to about a km south of the US 64/60/81 intersexion, helpfully away from some powerlines, and hear at 2154 a partial ID of ``point 3`` and rock song playing just past 2200; 2201, ``KLEY 1130 AM and --- 100.3 FM --- wellington.net -- The home of ---

sports, what capitol of the world``. [Enid disputes that!] This is still a really tiny signal, vs many other further loud Kansans like 1150 KSAL, 1280 KSOK. KLEY is licensed for 250 watts day, ONE WATT night, and I can easily believe this *is* that one watt if not whatever the exciter may rate. Their 100.3 FM translator, really K262CQ, ``The Wave`` is what counts, and this much ittybitty AM to simulcast keeps it legal. Anyway this makes KLEY 1130 quite a DX target further away since I can`t even hear it inside Enid. OTOH, note my report from 2019y: ``1130, Sept 20 at 1853 UT check, KLEY Wellington KS is OFF again. Still off at 1705 UT check Sept 21. It had been on since August 26 after a long hiatus since at least May 3`` --- another scenario is that it really has been totally off and just barely turned back on now to keep its license before a full year be elapsed. I check 1370 whenever I am N/W of Enid. 1440, gospel huxter in English, VP at 2205, must be KEXB University Park (Metroplex) TX in its latest incarnation, Relevant Radio, barely making it here with 50 kW daytime this high in band, not Topeka. On FM, not much of interest and am running out of time, but: 105.7, at 2214 ``Classic Hits 105.7``, adstring and rock music --- and same stuff on 106.1! but with one radio can`t tell whether synchronized. 105.7 is 50/50 kW KRDR Alva, while 106.1 is weaker with CCI from something else. Nearest ``classic hits`` format if not slogan on 106.1 in WTFDA DB is 60/60 kW KYVZ Atwood KS, way up in the NW corner beyond Colby. But 100 kW KXKU Lyons KS is closer, in between.
