El condensador es donde se extrae calor al agente frigorífico o refrigerante muy caliente lo que conduce a su condensación, es decir, al cambio de su estado gaseoso a estado líquido.

ESTE TIPO DE CONDENSADORES REQUIERE CONTAR CON UNA TORRE DE ENFRIAMIENTO PARA PODER RECIRCULAR EL AGUA, SALVO EXCEPCIONES.
MANTENIMIENTO AL CONDESADORMANTENIMIENTO AL CONDESADOR
El condensador del aire acondicionado central o bomba de calor reside en el exterior durante todo el año y necesita al menos un mantenimiento anual al igual que cualquier otro aspecto del sistema de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado. El mantenimiento anual debe incluir: Limpiar el polvo, hojas y otros desechos de las bobinas del condensador Comprobar que las aletas del condensador no estén dañadas Lubricar los cojinetes del ventilador Cerciorarse de que el ventilador no esté dañado.

El evaporador es donde se extrae calor al recinto del aire, el refrigerante es recibido por el condensador en forma de gas y es enfriado al pasar por los tubos hasta convertir toda la masa refrigerante en liquido.

VÁLVULA DE EXPANSIÒN
La válvula de expansión pulveriza el agente refrigerante y regula el volumen de flujo de tal modo que el vapor se transforma en gas, según el transporte de calor, en la salida del evaporador.
