Zigilua data horretakoa duen dokumentazioa onartu-ko da. Txostena bidaltzeak, partehartzaileak lehiaketa-rako baldintzak onartzen dituela esan nahi du. Zalantza-rik izanez gero, gastelaniaz dagoen oinarrien bertsioa daegokia.

7. Lehiaketaren antolatzaileek, onarpena eskutitz bidezbaieztatuko dute, 2016. urteko azaroaren 1a baino lehen. Aurkezpen eguna ere adieraziko dute. Egun ho-rretan iristen ez direnak lehiaketatik kanpo gera dai-tezke.

8. Partehartzaileak bere egitarauaren 6 kopia emangoditu, bertara iristean.

9. Antolakuntzak ordainduko ditu parte hartzai-leen dietak eta osatu gastuak. Parte hartzailebakoitzak 80 euro ordaindu beharko ditu la-guntza moduan.

10. Talde antolatzaileak, aurkezten den partehartzaile ko-purua gehiegizkoa bada, aukeraketa bat egin ahal izan-go du curriculum-en arabera.

4. Partehartzailearen baten egitarauaren osaketa ez ba-dator lehaketaren baldintzekin bat, puntuak murriztu-ko zaizkio.

5. Lehen faseko programa, oinarri hauetan ipintzenduen ordenean jo behar da. Izenemate orrian jarrita-ko programa ezingo da aldatu. Azken faseko progra-maren ordena aldatzea onartua dago.

6. Obra guztiak buruz ala partituraz jo litezke.

7. Lehiakide bakoitzak nahi duen soinu tresnaz interpre-ta ditzake bere egitaraua osatzen duten obrak. Tresnaelektronikoak eta banda magnetikoak erabiltzea debe-katua dago.

8. Talde antolatzaileak, lehiaketako probak irratiz nahiztelebistaz emateko eskubidea ez ezik, entzunaldia gra-batzeko edo edatzeko eskubidea ere izango du. Ho-rregatik lehiakedeak ez du dirurik jasoko.

9. Partehartzaileek zein ordenetan joko duten zozketaeginez erabakiko da lehiaketaren bezperan.

1. “HAUSPOZ” Asociación Vasca de Acordeón, encolaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Arrasate, laDiputación Foral de Guipúzcoa y el GobiernoVasco, convoca el XXIV Certamen Internacionalde Acordeón “Arrasate Hiria”, que se celebraráen Arrasate-Mondragón (País Vasco) del 8 al 11 dediciembre de 2016.

2. El certamen es público y está abierto a solistas de to-das las nacionalidades sin límite de edad.

3. La obra obligada se enviará gratuitamente a todos losparticipantes que la soliciten.

4. La tasa de inscripción es de 60 €.

7. La organización del certamen confirmará por escrito an-tes del 1 de noviembre de 2016 la admisión de los parti-cipantes, así como la fecha de presentación. Aquellos queno acudan en dicha fecha podrán quedar excluidos delcertamen.

8. Cada participante entregará a su llegada 6 copias delas obras que componen su programa.

9. La organización se hará cargo de los gastos dealojamiento y dietas, debiendo abonar el con-cursante 80 euros a su llegada, como contribu-ción a dichos gastos.

10. La organización se reserva el derecho de seleccionara los participantes en función de su Curriculum Vitae.

4. En el caso de que la composición del programa de unparticipante no se ajuste a las condiciones del certa-men se le penalizará reduciendo su puntuación.

5. El programa de la fase eliminatoria deberá interpre-tarse en el orden indicado en estas bases. No podrámodificarse el contenido del programa establecido enel boletín de inscripción. Está permitida la modifica-ción del orden de ejecución del programa libre.

6. Todas las obras pueden ser interpretadas de memo-ria o con partitura.

7. Cada participante es libre de interpretar su programacon el instrumento de su elección. No está autorizadoel uso de medios electrónicos o bandas magnéticas.

8. La organización se reserva el derecho de transmitir laspruebas del certamen por radio y televisión, así comode grabar, producir y distribuir los programas interpre-tados en el mismo. Los participantes del certamen norecibirán ninguna compensación económica por ello.

9. El orden de actuación se decidirá por sorteo la víspe-ra del comienzo del certamen.

1. “HAUSPOZ” Euskal Herriko Akordeoi Elkartea,the Town Hall of Arrasate and The County Councilof Gipuzkoa call the XXIV “Arrasate Hiria” In-ternational Accordion Competition, that will ta-ke place in Arrasate-Mondragón (Basque Country)between the 8th and the 11th of december, 2016.

2. The competition is open to soloists of any age andnationality.

3. The test piece will be will be provided to all contes-tants free of charge upon request.

4. The inscription fee is 60 € and should be submittedtogether with the application form.

5. As well as the subscription fee and the applicationform (which should be typed up or filled out in capitalletters), each contestant must submit a recent por-trait picture, as well as a short re sume.

7. The organizers will confirm in writing that the con-testant has been admitted to the competition by the1st of November, 2016. They will also specify the star-ting date. Contestants arriving late could be left outof the competition.

4. If the contestants’ programme does not conform tothe specifications set out they will be penalized andgiven a lower score.

5. The qualifying round programme will be performed in

the order set out under these conditions. No contentmodification on the programme stated in the applica-tion form will be allowed. The performance order ofthe free programme may be altered.

6. Contestants can either memorize the programme offollow the score during their performances.

7. Contestants can use the instrument of their choice.Electronic and magnetic media are not allowed in thecompetition.

8. The organizers have the right to broadcast the con-testants’ performances on radio and television. Theycan also make, produce and distribute audio and vi-deo recordings of those performances. Contestantswill not be paid for that.

9. The order in which contestants are to appear on sta-ge will be decided in a draw that will take place theday before the competition starts.

The awards are subjected to the tax withholdings ap-plicable by law.

4. Dans le cas où la composition du programme d’uncandidat ne réponde pas aux conditions du concours,il pourra être pénalisé dans sa ponctuation finale.

7. Chaque candidat est libre d’exécuter son programmeavec l’instrument de son choix. Les instruments élec -tróniques et les bandes magnétiques ne sont pas autorisés.

8. L’organisation se réserve le droit de retransmettrepar radio oú télévision les épreuves du concours, ain-si que d’enregistrer, produire et distribuer les pro-grammes interprétés. Les candidats n’en recevrontaucune rétribution éconómique.

9. L’ordre de passage sera décidé la veille du concourspar tirage au sort.

Le paiement des prix est effectué en déduisant le tauxd’imposition en vigueur.
