SISTEMA INFORMTICO DE GESTIN DE IMAGENOLOGA DIGITAL DEL MINISTERIO DE SALUDSIMAGDGRUPO 16

A continuacin se presenta una lista consolidada de las diversas problemticas surgidas a lo largo

del desarrollo del proyecto de Imagenologa Digital y que han provocado un retraso considerable en

la evolucin del desarrollo del proyecto:

Citas fuera de tiempo.

Uno de los principales problemas que afect seriamente la evolucin del proyecto; dichas visitas

fueron solicitadas con anterioridad previendo cumplir de forma adecuada los tiempos

establecidos para el proyecto. De estas las nicas visitas proporcionadas fueron 3, con gran

diferencia de tiempo entre ellas siendo de la siguiente manera:

Hospital Zacamil el da 7 de abril del 2014, obtencin del proceso de funcionamiento para

el rea de imagenologa, cabe destacar que dicho hospital no cumple con las condiciones

necesarias solicitadas, ya que no posee implementado el sistema SIAP ni tampoco la

tecnologa requerida para conocer el funcionamiento necesario del proyecto a realizar. Se

realiz un reporte con la informacin obtenida y se envi a las partes involucradas en el

proyecto para hacer del conocimiento de lo obtenido.

o Hospital Saldaa el da 28 de mayo del 2014 , esta visita fue lograda por medio de la

intervencin directa del Ing. Carlos Martin siendo su principal objetivo visualizar el

funcionamiento del equipo de imagenologa digital sin embargo no se pudo obtener mayor

informacin relevante al proyecto sobre dicha visita ya que era una reunin agendada para

los proveedores de los equipos digitales y cmo grupo de tesis estbamos en calidad de

observadores.o Hospital Saldaa el da 24 de junio del 2014, refinamiento de procesos - requerimientos

funcionales, con esta visita se logr definir los requerimientos funcionales y los diversos

procesos que se ven involucrados concernientes al funcionamiento adecuado del rea de

imagenologa digital, en dicha visita se solicit la obtencin de un archivo DICOM real

generado por dichos equipos, sin embargo no se nos concedi ninguno y se nos dijo que

se solicitaran por medio de las autoridades del MINSAL, se envi dicha solicitud para la

obtencin del archivo, el Ing. Carlos Martin notifico de dicha solicitud a las instancias

correspondientes sin embargo a la fecha nunca se nos proporcion dicho archivo. Es

importante destacar que en los periodos comprendidos entre dichas fechas, como grupo

de tesis se logr obtener visitas al hospital Bloom por medios propios y que sirvieron de

forma crucial e importantsima para obtener la informacin necesaria de los

requerimientos, procesos, flujos de trabajo, entre otros.

Atrasos debido a tratar de llevar todos los grupos de tesis al mismo tiempo

o

Para la etapa de Diseo se solicit con anterioridad que se nos proporcionase la informacin

necesaria para la elaboracin de la BD y los diferentes elementos que se ven involucrados

en la elaboracin del diseo del sistema, sin embargo se nos notific que se atendera a

todos los grupos de tesis al mismo tiempo para la explicacin de la base de datos y los

elementos de diseo necesario, sin embargo esto signific un retraso para el grupo ya quese tuvo que esperar a que todos estuvieran listos para llevar a cabo la explicacin de la

base de datos del SIAP y de los estndares a seguir.

Notificacin de la utilizacin de un framework de desarrollo complejo de manipular, con un

retraso considerable.

o Inicialmente se nos notific de las herramientas y lenguajes de desarrollo a utilizar; entre

esto se hizo mencin a que el lenguaje de programacin a utilizar seria php con un

framework de desarrollo llamado Symfony2 sin embargo se nos notific en el mes de julio

del 2014 que el framework a utilizar seria Sonata Project, la escasa informacin necesaria

para la compresin de este framework se public casi a finales de dicho mes y que inclusive

los asesores delegados por parte del MINSAL no saben manipular a su totalidad.

Cambios de requerimientos tcnicos de ltimo momento.

o La presentacin de la segunda defensa del grupo de tesis (etapa1: anlisis y diseo) se llev

a cabo el da 21 de agosto del 2014, y se crea que ya se tena todo adecuado para avanzar

con la etapa de programacin del sistema, sin embargo el da 15 de agosto del 2015, se nos

notific que se necesitaba tener una reunin urgente con el grupo de tesis, para sorpresa

nuestra fue que se solicitaba la modificacin de la base de datos enviada a finales del mes

de julio del 2014, en dicha reunin se nos hizo nfasis en que las modificaciones que se

deban de llevar a cabo eran de carcter obligatorio y que de no hacerse se podra ver

afectado seriamente el proceso de desarrollo del sistema, por tanto se tom a bien llevar a

cabo dichas correcciones, sin embargo al llevar a cabo dicho proceso se vio afectado

seriamente el planteamiento inicial de la base de datos ya que al final de dicho proceso se

tuvo un agregado de aproximadamente 10 tablas ms adicionales a las consideradas para el

desarrollo.

Este aspecto tambin es importante destacarlo, ya que se pidi con anticipacin los archivos

necesarios para comprender la funcin y estructuracin del sistema SIAP ya que el sistema

a desarrollar depende completamente del que este se encuentre funcionando, pero pese a

las constantes notificaciones de proporcionar dicha informacin solo se nos responda queeste sera proporcionado hasta que todos los grupos de tesis hubieran terminado la

presentacin de la segunda defensa, razn que tambin afecto seriamente el desarrollo del

sistema ya que no todos los grupos de tesis tenan fechas similares para la presentacin de

las defensa; la plantilla fue proporcionada a mediados de septiembre, 17 septiembre 2014,

sin embargo al momento de empezar a adaptarnos a dicho sistema, este presentaba una

serie de errores debido a que no existan una serie de elementos necesarios para nuestro

sistema.
