The presentation would highlight the current state of affairs vismanagement of the Ganges water resources among the different coIndia, Bangladesh and Nepal, with emphasis on the challenges that are being faced by the securing the food supply, protecting the econeeds to be followed by all the comanagement of the Ganges watliving in the Ganges basin area. There are 53 other transIndia and Bangladesh. These include important rivers like the (Barak), Teesta, Mahanada and etc. The flows of these rivers have marked influence on the life and living of many people, both in Bangladesh are yet to mutually agree on the large number of rivers. As a result, there is competition between the users of these waters in both countries, giving rise to disputes. Prominent among those are the issues of proposed construction of the Tipaimukh Dam by of the waters of the Teesta, Monu, Mahanada, Khowai and etc. The unresolved issues of sharing and management of waters of such rivers still remain as irritants to the most friendly relations between the two brotherly nations millions of people, the transcountries, based on the principals of equity, fairness, and no hcardinal resource for stability and prosperity and should be used as a force for regional integration, not division.

The No. 7 Subway Line Extension Project will exterminus at Times Square Station west under West 41under Eleventh Avenue to a new terminal station at West 34Eleventh Avenue. The extension will provide access to the Jacob Javits Convention Center and the future redevelopment of the Hudson Yards area of the far west side of midtown Manhattan.
