Welcome to BerneQ Consulting Bureau, my name is Mohamed Salem FAITOURI, founder and owner of BerneQ. I am Mechanical Engineer and I have been practicing Contract Management since 1989. Proud to be Professional Tender & Contract Practitioner.

We, BerneQ Consulting Bureau are Tender and Contract Experts, specialized in study tender, preparing and write Bid Proposals in form of technical, contractual and commercial offers on your behalf of Bidder,

We intend to help Libyan and foreign Contractors who needs to know the local contents and Libyan Market associated with various type of tenders.

Our main objective is to target improving the caliber of bids submission, and allows to focus the efforts on your core business.

have Branch office in Libya.

Assist foreign Contractors to establish Branch Office in Libya. Promote cooperation and Joint Venture between foreign and

Libya Contractors. Assist in sourcing manpower and equipment. Promote local contents and transfer of technology. Prepare and formulate various industrial Contract and

agreements in accordance with Libyan law.

6. THE ADMINISTRATION BerneQ is managed by the founder and owner; Engineer

Mohamed Salem FAITOURI who possess more than 30 years of hands-on-experience in Oil & Gas industry in Libya associated to Tender and Contract Admiration and Management.

He is professional Contract practitioner and versatile with various types of terms and conditions for long and short forms of contract in Libya and international market.

Mohamed is member of well-known project and contract management international institutions like; PMI and IACCM
