#DAY 1: DEPARTURE

To Rome

The first day we left at 2.30 p.m. from Cremona.

We went to Piacenza by bus and then we took the train at 3.45 p.m. to Rome.

The trip took about 6 hours. We arrived at Tiburtina Station at 9.30 p.m.

Then we took the subway and we arrived at the hotel near S.Giovanni in Laterano.

FINALLY ROME!! But before going to bed…

#DAY 2: EARTH DAY

The second day we woke up early and after breakfast we went to Villa Borghese for the Earth Day’s welcome.

During the morning we walked around the stands…

SELFIES!

At 12.30 we attended a conference on sustainable mobility.

In the afternoon we met some famous people like ... DEAR JACK and ROCCO

HUNT

At 4p.m. we talked on stage about our Earth Day’s Project!!

HOW DARE!!

In the afternoon, then, we carried out a project about journalism: we interviewed some people and we wrote an article about Earth Day.

#DAY 3: ACCIDENTAL TOURISTS

Early in the morning of the third day it rained so we could not go to campus, because there was a lot of mud there and we couldn’t do anything… so we VISITED THE CITY

The Colosseum, Fori Romani, Traian’s Column, Altare della Patria, Ara Pacis Augustae, Quirinale, Trevi’s Fountain, Circo Massimo…

Rome is FANTASTIC !!

In the afternoon we visited Trastevere, a district situated on the other side of Tevere.

#DAY 4: YOUTH’S JUBILEE

The last day we woke up really early (at 6.30 a.m.) and we packed up our bags and at 7,30 we took the subway to Piazza San Pietro: we participated at the Youth’s Jubilee from 8 to 11,30 a.m.

After lunch we visited the amazing San Pietro’s Cathedral.

Finally we left from Tiburtina train station at 3.30 p.m. and we arrived home at 10.30 p.m.

We did not want to go back
