• Este requisito es jurídicamente vinculante desde el 1 de julio de 2016, por lo que todas las partes implicadas en el transporte internacional de contenedores marítimos, incluyendo transportistas, transitarios, cargadores, paqueteros y navieras, tendrán que tomar medidas para garantizar el cumplimiento de este nuevo requisito en esta fecha.
