INTRODUCCIN
Los estudios hidrolgicos requieren del anlisis de cuantiosa informacin hidromtrica, esta informacin puede consistir de datos de precipitacin, caudales, temperatura, evaporacin, etc. Los datos recopilados solo representan una informacin en bruto, pero si estos datos se organizan correctamente proporcionan una herramienta de gran utilidad para el ingeniero, que permite tomar decisiones en el diseo de estructuras hidrulicas.
En la primera parte se muestra el marco terico, la estacin trabajada en el presente trabajo es la estacin OROYA que se encuentra el departamento de Junn, provincia de Yauli, distrito La Oroya, que se encuentra a una elevacin de 3160msnm.
En la segunda parte se realiza el anlisis de consistencia de los datos mediante un anlisis visual, anlisis de doble masa, procediendo luego al anlisis de saltos y tendencias.
OBJETIVOS
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo principal identificar los cambios en los datos (descargas, precipitacin, etc.), el cual se hace mas complejo en la medida en que se consideren mas aspectos hidrometeorolgicos.
Manejar los datos proporcionados de la fuentes usuales en forma efectiva, para llevar a cabo estudios hidrolgicos correspondientes.
Aplicar los principios fundamentales de la probabilidad y de la estadstica aplicada a la Hidrologa.
FUNDAMENTO TERICO
ANLISIS DE DOBLE MASA
El anlisis de doble masa es una herramienta muy conocida y utilizada en la deteccin de inconsistencias en los datos hidrolgicos mltiples cuando se disponen de dos o mas series de datos. Un quiebre de la recta de doble masa o un cambio de pendiente, puede ser o no ser significativo, ya que si dicho cambio est dentro de los lmites de confianza de la variacin de la recta para un nivel de probabilidades dado.
Mediante este mtodo se determina la consistencia relativa de una estacin respecto a otra estacin ndice o a un promedio de estaciones, el anlisis grfico comparativo se realiza a travs de la curva doble masa, que tiene como abscisas los valores de precipitacin anual acumulada de la estacin ndice o estacin promedio y como ordenada los valores de precipitacin anual acumulada de la estacin analizada.
ANLISIS ESTADSTICOLa no homogeneidad e inconsistencia en secuencias hidrolgicas representa uno de los aspectos mas importantes del estudio de la hidrologa contempornea, particularmente en lo relacionado a la conservacin, desarrollo y control de recursos hdricos.
La inconsistencia es sinnimo de error sistemtico y se presenta como saltos y tendencias. Uno de los dos elementos mas importantes a tener en cuenta en el anlisis de consistencia con relacin a los datos existentes en el pas es la longitud de registro y el nivel de informabilidad que por limitaciones de recursos econmicos tiene el proceso de recoleccin y manipuleo de la informacin fuente. De all que es preferible partir de la duda y no de la aceptacin directa o fcil.
El anlisis de la informacin se realiza en las componentes determnisticas transitorias de la serie que son:
Anlisis de Salto.
Anlisis de Tendencia.
En cada uno de los cuales se analiza la consistencia en los dos primeros parmetros estadsticos: media y desviacin estndar.
ANLISIS DE SALTO
Los datos son formas determinsticas transitorias que permiten a una serie estadstica peridica pasar desde un estado a otro, como respuesta a cambios hechos por el hombre, debido al continuo desarrollo y explotacin de recursos hidrulicos en la cuenca, o a cambios violentos que en la naturaleza puedan ocurrir.
Los saltos se presentan en la media, desviacin estndar y otros parmetros, por lo general el anlisis mas importante es en los dos primeros.
El anlisis de salto se obtiene al medir:
Consistencia en la Media.
Consistencia en la Desviacin Estndar.
ANLISIS DE TENDENCIAS
Las tendencias son componentes determinsticas transitorias que se definen como un cambio sistemtico y continuo sobre una muestra de informacin hidrometeorolgica en cualquier parmetro de la misma, que afectan las distribuciones y dependencias de las series. Previamente a este anlisis se han corregido los saltos existentes, para luego analizar la tendencia en la media y en la desviacin estndar. Las tendencias por lo general pueden ser aproximadas por la ecuacin de regresin lineal.Se analizan en los dos primeros parmetros de una serie:
Tendencia en la Media.
Tendencia en la Desviacin Estndar.
ANLISIS DE SALTOS:Antes de comenzar el anlisis de consistencia de informacin debemos observar paralelamente en que ao se produce la variacin, mediante un analisis visual en la grfica Curva Doble Masa.

A. CONSISTENCIA EN LA MEDIA
Para la estacin La Oroya primero evaluaremos los periodos:
n1 = 60 (1985 1989)n2 = 120 (1990 1999)Debido a que en el periodo n1 se aprecia un quiebre en la grafica de doble masa, analizamos estos intervalos para ver si esta variacin en la media y en la desviacin estndar es significativa o no.

B. CONSISTENCIA EN LA DESVIACIN ESTNDAR
Para la estacin La Oroya evaluaremos los periodos:

Por lo tanto la informacin debe corregirse.
Como se puede apreciar se presenta inconsistencia tanto en la media como en la desviacin estndar, para la correccin de la informacin considero como vlida el periodo 1990 1999, es decir el n2, porque es el periodo mas largo y el mas reciente.CORRECCIN DE LA INFORMACIN:La correccin de la informacin se realiza utilizando la ecuacin:

Comparando estos valores, se tiene que es menor que Tt, concluyendo que la tendencia en la media no es significativa al 95% de probabilidad, no es necesario corregir la informacin.
D. TENDENCIA EN LA DESVIACIN ESTNDAR
1A la informacin sin tendencia en la media se divide en varios periodos (15).
Para cada periodo se calcula su desviacin estndar respectiva, obteniendo tantos valores de desviaciones estndar como periodos agrupados.
Clculo de los parmetros de la ecuacin de regresin lineal simple, a partir de las desviaciones estandart (anuales) y el tiempo t (en aos considerados), utilizando las ecuaciones dadas para la tendencia en la media.

CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES
Antes de manipular la informacin se debe realizar una visita de campo, revisar la ficha de vida de la estacin en estudio (en caso la tuviera), averiguar lo mximo posible acerca de la estacin, acerca de la cuenca tanto aguas arriba como aguas abajo. En nuestro anlisis no se ha presentado tendencia en la media ni en la desviacin estndar, por tal razn nuestros valores histricos solo se han corregido de salto para el periodo 1985 1989.
Se recomienda utilizar programas como el Excel, por que nos permite analizar gran cantidad de informacin de manera fcil; una vez acabado el anlisis se debera comparar nuestros resultados utilizando programas para el tratamiento de datos hidrolgicos como son: SIH 2000 (Sistema de Informacin Hidrolgica) elaborado por el INRENA.BIBLIOGRAFA
