EACH LOGISTICS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND OVERSEEING THE FREIGHT MOVEMENT PROCESS FROM THE TENDERING OF THE LOAD THROUGH DELIVERY.

Upon receipt of the signed carrier packet and copy of liability insurance information, TQL reviews and verifies its validity.

The carrier’s active authority as well as their authority history are then confirmed.

TQL verifies that the carrier has authority to operate under DOT.

We check against the TIA’s Watchdog list to verify the carrier is in good standing.

Coverage dates and amounts are confirmed with the carrier’s insurance and TQL is listed as a certificate holder.

Fail safes are enacted within our TMS system to notify TQL of changes in authority. CI Score (Carrier Rating) is assigned.

is a carrier performance

metric that aggregates and

weights six carrier key per-

formance indicators into a

single numeric score.

Carrier CI scores range from

0-100 and the system serves

as a core carrier selection

and risk management tool.
