calentamiento global.
Los científicos explica-
ron que la temperatura de la
Tierra subirá entre 1, 6 grados
y 6, 4 grados centígrados, es
decir, los días y los meses se-
rán más calientes. También
aumentarán las olas de calor y
habrá más incendios, como los
de este mes en Australia.
El Sol es culpable
El calentamiento global se
debe a que la capa de ozono,
que nos defiende de el Sol,
está muy dañada. Sin embar-
go, científicos mexicanos de
la Universidad de Guanajuato
han dicho que también el Sol
es el culpable, pues está en-
viando más energía hacia la
Tierra.El investigador García Serna es
muy claro: “El bióxido de car-
bono ayuda a enfriar la Tierra;
el efecto invernadero no ca-
lienta la Tierra, solo no la deja
enfriarse; lo que calienta a la
Tierra es el Sol, y lo que pro-
duce un sobrecalentamiento
es la destrucción de la capa de
ozono”.
Ciudades bajo el agua
Para otro científico, Cabrera
Flores, “lo más grave sucederá
cuando se descongele el suelo
polar ártico, pues el proceso
del calentamiento global se
acelerará rápidamente”.
Cabrera Flores señala que al
descongelarse los casquetes
polares, tanto en Groelandia
como en la Antártida, donde
existen 24 millones de kilóme-
tros cúbicos de hielo, aumen-
tará el nivel de los mares. De
acuerdo a estimaciones, el mar
se elevará a finales del Siglo
XXI unos 2 metros, y que a me-
diados del XXII habrá subido 6
metros. “Todas las zonas cos-
teras quedarán sumergidas y
desaparecerán algunos países
como Holanda y Bangladesh, y
en el caso de México, las zonas
costeras corren peligro”, con-
cluye Cabrera Flores.
Ya lo sabes: a sembrar árboles,
a cuidar la Tierra, y no usar ae-
rosoles.
The UN again warned
about the dangers
of global warming.
Scientists explai-
ned that the temperature
of the Earth will rise bet-
ween 1, 6 degrees and 6, 4
degrees Celsius, that is, the
days and months will be
hotter. The heat waves will
also increase and there will
be more fires, like this one
in Australia.
The Sun is guilty
Global warming is due to
the fact that the ozone la-
yer, which defends us from
the Sun, is badly damaged.
However, Mexican scientists
at the University of Gua-
najuato have said that the
Sun is also to blame, since it is
sending more energy to Earth.
The researcher García Serna
is very clear: "Carbon dioxide
helps cool the Earth; the gre-
enhouse effect does not heat
the Earth, it just does not let
it cool down; what heats the
Earth is the Sun, and what
causes overheating is the
destruction of the ozone la-
yer. "
Cities under water
For another scientist, Cabrera
Flores, "the most serious thing
will happen when the Arctic
polar soil is thawed, because
the process of global warming
will accelerate rapidly."
Cabrera Flores points out
that when the polar ice caps
thaw, both in Greenland and
Antarctica, where there are
24 million cubic kilometers of
ice, the sea level will increa-
se. According to estimates,
the sea will rise by the end of
the 21st century about 2 me-
ters, and that by the middle
of the XXII it will have risen 6
meters. "All the coastal zones
will be submerged and some
countries such as the Nether-
lands and Bangladesh will
disappear, and in the case of
Mexico, the coastal areas are
in danger," Cabrera Flores
concludes.
