MANEJO:- Prevención: crema emoliente con fotoprotección.

- Tratamiento exfoliante: - Peróxido Benzoílo gel 5% (oxyderma ®)1-2 v/día Tópico- Tretinoina crema (Retirides ®) 1 v/día Tópico

- Antibiótico:- Eritromicina Sol 2% o Toall unidosis 2v/día Tópico.- Clindamicina Sol 1% (Dalacin tópico ®) 2v/día

- Si no hay mejoría: Tto vía oral- Doxiciclina 100mg/24h 12 ss- Minociclina 100mg/12h 12 ss

- Si prurito: anti-histamínicos VO

MANEJO:Medidas generalesTratamiento:- Clobetasol gel 0,05% top 2 v/día o- Dexametasona 0.1 mg/mL sol 2veces/día.

Mejoria en 3-7 días 1,2

- Si sobreinfección fúngica:

Nistatina enjuagues, Fluconazol o clotrimazol.

- G4: Si no hay mejoría, discontinuar tratamiento

+ Frecuente en enf. preexistente.

Media de inicio: 108 días (rango, 24 -257 d).

Mayoría asintomática.

Mecanismo: No claro

Síntomas + comunes: tos, disnea y fatiga.

- Glucemia en ayunas: < 160 mg/dL, - Glucemia al azar: <200mg/dL, - HbA1c: ≤8 %.

En metastásicos y/o con esperanza de vida corta, preservar calidad de vida, prevenir eventos agudos y complicaciones subagudas.

Toxicidad cutáneo-mucosa, metabólica, pulmonar: frecuentes. Importante la información y prevención sobre todo si fc de riesgo. Pueden limitar los tratamientos y poner en riesgo la vida del

paciente. Hay que alertar acerca de signos y/ó síntomas de alarma para

consulta temprana. Valoración multidisciplinaria: necesaria (dermatología,

neumología, endocrinología, nefrología, etc).
