Bienvenido 2013Este año que inicia será un año de fortalecimiento de dos8 en Vallarta, ya que con esta edición iniciamos el 6to mes en el puerto y, obviamente, entramos con más fuerza y más entusiasmo para entrar a los hogares de los vallartenses.No hay mejor forma de empezar el año que con propósitos de año nuevo, que ayuden a empezar el que viene con pie derecho. ¿No te parece?

Ya nos conoces, sabes cuál es nuestra línea editorial y por tal mo-tivo, este 2013 seguiremos con más fuerza y trataremos de estar en los mejores eventos del puerto, por lo que necesitamos de su ayuda para que nos avisen de todos sus eventos y éstos saldrán publicados en las ediciones posteriores.

Festejaremos con nuestros hermanos de dos8 Colima, sus prime-ros 8 años de vida en ese estado y por tanto organizaremos un camión especial de vallartenses para que asistan a ese gran even-to. Seguiremos poniendo nuestro empeño y nuestro esfuerzo para abarcar más y que ustedes, por medio de nuestra revista, se enteren de los mejores.Aprovechamos este espacio para agradecer a todas las personas que han hecho posible que dos8 Vallarta haya iniciado con el pie derecho y ya estemos en preparación de nuestra edición número 6, a 6 meses más de nuestro primer aniversario; todavía falta, pero el tiempo se pasa volando. Welcome 2013This starting year would be one for the strengthening of Dos8 Vallarta. With this magazine, we start the 6th month in the port, and we want to work with more force and enthusiasm, so that we can reach more homes here in Vallarta.There is not better way to start a year than with the New Year’s resolu-tions that will help us put our best foot forward. Don’t you think so ?

You know our work by now, and you know our editorial form. In this 2013, we will be working with more enthusiasm, trying to be in all the best events in Vallarta. We will need you help, how ? we need you to let us know when and where your events will be, so that we can publish them in our future magazines.

We will be celebrating with our twin magazine Dos8 Colima their 8th an-niversary in the state of Colima, and guess what ?? We will have a special bus, so that you, our friends from Vallarta; can come to celebrate, too. We will keep the good work, so that we can we can be in more events and you can check more events in the magazine.We would like to take advantage of this space to thank all the people who have made Dos8 a dream which has come true. Thank you for helping us to prepare this 6th edition and within 6 months, we will be preparing our first anniversary. We are missing some time, but time goes quickly. Gran sorpresa se llevó el Fundador y Director General de Colegio Campoverde cuando el lunes 10 de diciembre, los alumnos y el personal del Campus Vallarta, le tenían preparada una sorpresa para celebrar su cumpleaños. José Manuel llegó al patio del Colegio donde se encontraban reunidos los alumnos que comenzaron a cantarle Las Mañanitas, lo que emocionó mucho al director. Después de Las Mañanitas, dos alumnos le regalaron un pequeño pastel y una corona de rey. Las sorpresas no pararon ahí, ya que alumnos de kínder tenían preparado un número de jazz, los de secundaria le cantaron la canción “Hey you”, además de una pequeña presentación de la banda de guerra de prescolar. Después el turno fue de todo el personal de Campoverde, que cantaron y bailaron la canción de “Color esperanza” para después, cerrar con broche de oro con los alumnos de primaria entonando el himno del Colegio. José Manuel recibió un par de dibujos hechos por alumnos del Colegio y una moneda de plata por parte de la Sociedad de Padres de Familia. Seguramente, un cumpleaños inolvidable para José Manuel.

It was a great surprise for the founder member and General Director of Campoverde School, when the past Monday the 10th students and the crew of Campoverde Vallarta had prepared a surprise party to celebrate his birthday. When Jose Manuel arrived in the school patio, the students were already there and started singing the traditional Mexican “ Mañanitas ”. He was really touched by this fact. But the surprise was not only this one be-cause the kindergarten students performed a jazz number, the junior high school students sang the “ Hey you ” song, and the preschool students band performed as well. After all these performances, it was the crew’s turn, they sang and danced the “ Color Esperanza ” song. The celebration ended with the performance of the elementary school students who sang the school’s anthem. Jose Manuel received some drawings made by some of the students and a silver coin from the Parents Society. We can make sure that this was an unfor-gettable birthday for Jose Manuel.

El sábado 8 de diciembre, acompa-ñamos a los miembros del Club Skål Vallarta en su tradicional posada, lleva-da a cabo en el restaurant Zandsibar ubicado en La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit. Skål es una organización de profesionales dirigentes del turismo en todo el planeta, la cual motiva a la amistad y el turismo de forma global, siendo éste el único grupo internacio-nal que engloba a todas las ramas de esta actividad, ya que sus miembros son directores y ejecutivos de la indus-tria y se reúnen a nivel local, nacional, regional e internacional para comentar y tratar asuntos de interés común. Los asistentes del Club Skål, disfrutaron de una deliciosa cena y baile acompaña-dos de sus distinguidas esposas y se realizó la toma de posesión del nuevo presidente. Actualmente, a nivel inter-nacional, esta organización cuenta con más de 23 mil miembros y más de 500 clubes en al menos 87 países.

On Saturday December the 8th, we went with the members of the Club Skál Vallarta to their traditional Christmas Party. Held at the Zandsibar restaurant in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit. Skál is an organization of professional leaders working on tourism world-wide, encouraging people to have fun with their friends and to enjoy tourism in a global way. This is the only international group which includes all the branches of this activity due to its members who are executives and directors of the touristic industry. These people get together at a national, regional and international level to talk about common issues. The members of Club Skál enjoyed a delicious dinner and a great dance accompanied by their wives and they also enjoyed the nomination of the new president. Nowadays, at an international level, this organization counts with over 23 thou-sand members and more than 500 clubs in at least 87 counties.

Uno de los eventos más esperados en el cierre del año pasado, fue el Festival Navideño del Colegio Campoverde, en donde todos los alumnos demostraron sus capacidades artísticas frente a un numeroso público. Para alegría de los padres de familia, la presentación fue todo un éxito y pudieron disfrutar viendo a sus hijos en los diferentes números musicales que se presentaron y que tenían un mensaje sobre el verdadero sentido de la Navidad y de la familia en estas épocas de amor y reflexión. Después del evento, las familias disfrutaron de una Kermesse y de la gran convivencia que nos tiene acostumbrados la gran familia Campoverde.

One of the most expected events to close the last year’s period was the Christmas Festival at Campoverde School, where all the students showed their artistic abilities in front of a great audience. To the parents’ joy, the presentation was very successful and they could see their children perform different musical numbers that had a nice message about the sense of Christ-mas and about the family at this time of love and reflection. After the event, the families enjoyed the fair and the moment Campoverde has always had to get along with their families.

Como un reconocimiento a su trayectoria depor-tiva y por poner en alto el nombre de Jalisco, se develó una escultura de Lorena Ochoa Reyes, en el malecón. De esta manera y ante la presencia de distinguidas personalidades como el gobernador de Jalisco, Emilio González, el Presidente Municipal de Puerto Vallarta, Ramón Guerrero y el Secretario de Turismo, Aurelio López, Lorena quedó inmorta-lizada en el centro de la ciudad. Al ver la escultura realizada por Octavio González, la ex número 1 del mundo, quién también es embajadora de Jalisco, se mostró muy contenta y agradecida por el reco-nocimiento, reiterando su compromiso de trabajar en la promoción de Vallarta y de Jalisco.

As a way to recognize her sports trajectory and to address Jalisco’s name, a statue for Lorena Ochoa Reyes was unveiled at Vallarta’s jetty. In this way and with the presence of famous authorities as Jalisco Governor Emilio Gonzalez, the Municipal President of Puerto Vallarta, Ramon Guerrero and the Tourism Secretary, Aurelio Lopez, Lorena was immortalized in the town centre. When seeing the sculpture made by Octavio Gonzalez, the world-wide ex number one golf player, who is Jalisco’s ambassador as well; was very happy and thankful because of the recognition. She reiterated her commitment to work hard in the promotion of Vallarta and Jalisco.

La prestigiosa Escuela de Idiomas PROULEX-COMLEX de la Universidad de Guadalajara, llevó a cabo la entrega de diplomas y certificaciones de Trinity College internacionales a sus egresados en los programas: PJS, PDU, PC y PCA. El evento se llevó a cabo el día 6 de diciembre a las 6 pm, en el Teatro CECATUR, ante la presencia de autoridades de la escuela, padres de familia y alumnos.

The prestigious language school called PROULEX-COMPLEX from the University of Guadalajara had an event in which they handed in some diplomas and certificates from the Trinity College International to their students who finished the PJS, PDU, PC and PCA courses. The event took place on the 6th of December at 6 pm at the CECATUR theatre where there were some important authorities from the school, parents and students.

We talked to Ferdinando Valencia, who happily accepted to pose for our magazine this month. We talked about what 2012 was for him in the work-ing aspect and in some other aspects.2012 was a year with a lot of success for him in Televisa, specially because at the end of the year he was in the play “ Que rico mambo ” ( “ What a nice Mambo! ” ) with a great cast and they are presenting the play all around the Mexican Republic. He also participated in the soup-opera called “ Por ella soy Eva ” (“ Because of her, I am Eva ” ). Along with these activities, he also developed some personal projects.

He started his career by spending 10 years in CEA ( Centro de Educacion Ar-tistica – Artistic Educational Centre ) at Televisa. The first three years were of hard study until he made a casting for his first real soap-opera. Before this, he did some acting in some of the episodes of “ Rebelde ” ( “Rebel” ). When he finished his studies, he started acting in the soap-opera “Codigo Postal” (“Zip Code” ) produced by Jose Alberto Castro. Then he participated in “ Tor-menta en el Paraiso” (“Storm in the paradise ” ) by Juan Osorio; “En Nombre del amor” ( “ In the Name of love ” ) with Carlos Moreno; “Camaleones” ( “ Chameleons ” ) with Rosy Ocampo; “Hasta que el miedo nos separe” ( “ Until fear do us apart ” ) with Emilio Larrosa, “Cuando me enamoro” (“When I fall in love” ), “La fuerza del destino” (“Destiny’s Force” ) , “Por ella soy Eva” ( “ Because of her, I am Eva ” ). He is just about to start his tenth soap-opera on January 2013. It seems to be with the producer Rosy Ocampo. He has par-ticipated in some theatre plays such as “El burgués” ( “The Bourgeois ” ), “El hombre de Moliere” ( “ The Man of Moliere ” ), “Consulta con la almohada” ( “Analize it with the Pillow ” ), “Un Tijuana” (“One Tijuana” ), “Ipsen”, “Los hijos del sol” ( “ The Sun’s Children ” ), “En el centro del vientre” ( “ In the Centre of the Belly ”). He came to Colima along with Alberto Estrella y Cecilia Tous-saint with this play. Theatre is what he likes the most and he enjoys it a lot.

Talking about business, he has had contact with many important people, among others; the presidents of the Shoe Industry Bureau of Jalisco and Guanajuato. And he joined a partner of the “Rodriguez ” shoe company in Colima, who has the knowhow of the shoe industry. Then they decided to launch their own brands with some shoe models by making something dif-ferent, so that they could offer a great deal of shoes with very high fashion standards, and with great quality. Their idea is to spread their business in places like Manzanillo and to sell their shoes in the best malls in Guada-lajara, Monterrey, Mexico City, etc. They are working on these options and they will be growing little by little.

Speaking about Mexico’s situation nowadays, he stated that the political party which is taking the power back has the opportunity to redesign a more dynamic future. One in which they can join the society and that pres-ents more attractive factors related to the production, lifestyle, economy quality and social alternatives, not only for the people working, but also for the ones who are still studying and want to grow and see the difficult aspects such as violence and drug-dealing lessen.

To the young people, he wants to advice them to take decisions, not be-cause of peer pressure, but because they are convinced of the decision. He tells them that it is good to have fun, but with responsibility. They need to be aware of the situation that surrounds them, to be intelligent and to have a discipline.

About our magazine Dos8, he told us that he has witnessed all our previous projects. He has seen years of effort, discipline and hard-work, and that he has seen our work consolidated in the State of Colima as the favourite one. He said, “ it is an incredible project. I believe in Dos8 a lot, and I think it is well intentioned. I am sure that it will grow more and more in Vallarta. You know you count on my support. Greetings for the people there in Vallarta. Platicamos con Ferdinando Valencia, quien amablemente accedió a po-sar para nuestra portada de este mes y nos comentó sobre lo que fue para él el 2012 en cuestión de trabajo y algunos otros aspectos.

El 2012 fue un año de logros dentro de la empresa Televisa, sobre todo cerrando el año con la obra de teatro “Que rico mambo” con un gran elenco y haciendo gira por la República. Hubo también participación en la telenovela “Por ella soy Eva” y, anexado a todo eso, hubo un creci-miento personal con el lanzamiento de algunos proyectos particulares.

Los comienzos de su carrera se remontan a 10 años en el Centro de Edu-cación Artística de Televisa, 3 años muy intensos de estudio hasta que hizo casting para su primera novela en forma, ya que anteriormente ha-bía hecho capítulos para “Rebelde”. Al terminar sus estudios, entró a la novela de “Código Postal” con el “güero” Castro y después “Tormenta en el Paraíso” con el productor Juan Osorio; “En Nombre del amor” con Car-los Moreno; “Camaleones” con Rosy Ocampo; “Hasta que el miedo nos separe” con Emilio Larrosa, “Cuando me enamoro”, “La fuerza del desti-no”, “Por ella soy Eva” y está a punto de iniciar la décima telenovela en enero de 2013 al parecer con Rosy Ocampo. Ha hecho obras de teatro como “El burgués”, “El hombre de Moliere”, “Consulta con la almohada”, “Un Tijuana”, “Ipsen”, “Los hijos del sol”, “En el centro del vientre” con la que visitó Colima al lado de Alberto Estrella y Cecilia Toussaint. El teatro es lo que más le gusta hacer y lo disfruta bastante.

En la cuestión empresarial, se ha contactado con muchas personas, entre ellas los presidentes de la Cámara de la Industria del Calzado de Jalisco y Guanajuato y se relacionó con un socio “Rodríguez” de Coli-ma, quien posee el conocimiento y know how de la industria en el ramo zapatero, por lo que decidieron lanzar sus propias marcas en algunos modelos, hacer algo diferente, ofreciendo gran variedad y avances en tendencias de alta moda, con calidad y vanguardia. La idea es expandir el mercado a nuevas plazas como Manzanillo y vender dentro de las cadenas departamentales más importantes, tal vez Guadalajara, Monte-rrey, Ciudad de México, etc. Están trabajando en esas opciones y poco a poco irán avanzando.Sobre la situación actual de México, nos comenta que el partido que retoma el poder se le viene la oportunidad de replantear un futuro mu-cho más dinámico que integre más a la sociedad y que presente más factores atractivos de producción, de formas de vida, de calidad eco-nómica y alternativas sociales tanto para la gente que ya ejerce, como para todos los jóvenes que aun tienen ganas de crecer; que los puntos difíciles por los que está pasando nuestro país como la violencia y el narcotráfico, mermen.

A los jóvenes les aconseja que tomen decisiones, no por impulso sino por convicción; tomar conciencia, divertirse pero ser responsables, inte-ligentes y tener disciplina.

Sobre la revista dos8, nos dice que fue testigo de todos los proyectos anteriores, un proceso de años de esfuerzo, disciplina, de mucho tra-bajo y ahora ya está consolidada dentro del estado de Colima como la favorita: “es un dominio avasallante, creo mucho en dos8, es muy bien intencionada y en Vallarta seguro seguirá el crecimiento. Saben que cuentan con todo mi apoyo. Un saludo para toda la gente de Vallarta, los quiero mucho”

To start the year in a good way, we decided to invite a very good friend of Dos8. We are talking about Ferdinando Valencia, who appeared for the first time in the magazine Dos8 Colima on August 2006. He lives with his family in Comala, Co-lima. On this vacation time, he opened a new shoe store in one of the malls of the state and therefore we decided to invite him to be part of the Dos 8 frontal cover. He accepted gladly.

We met at his house in Comala on Tuesday at 5 o’clock. When we arrived there, his mom, Mrs. Emma; took care of us while waiting for Ferdinando. We were talk-ing about what he has done so far. Some minutes later, his father, Mr, Ferdinandi, arrived and we talked, too !! At 5:30, Ferdinando arrived. Before the shooting, we were talking a lot. Then we decided to start taking the pictures. Ahead of time, we decided which places could be good for the magazine. We set all the lamps and the things we need to have the best photos.

Ferdinando wore 3 different outfits and in a record time of one hour and 25 min-utes, we took all the necessary photos for our frontal page number 5 in Vallarta. When finishing, we had an interview, so that he could tell us how it was his last days of 2012 and how he thinks his 2013 will be. We all hope you like the first frontal cover of 2013 in Vallarta. We want to thank Ferdinando for helping us with the making on the cover. Enjoy the backstage photos, and every thing that happened during the process of making the cover.

Para iniciar muy bien el año, decidimos invitar a un gran amigo de dos8; nos referimos a Ferdinando Valencia, quien salió por primera vez en Agosto del 2006 en la revista dos8 Colima. Su familia vive en Comala, Colima y en estas vacaciones abrió su tienda de zapatos de alta moda en una plaza del estado y se nos ocurrió invitarlo a ser portada de dos8 Vallarta, quien muy amablemen-te aceptó.

La cita fue un Martes en su casa de Comala en punto de las 5 de la tarde. En cuanto llegamos, su mamá la Sra. Emma nos atendió muy bien y estuvimos platicando de los logros de su hijo mientras él llegaba; minutos más tarde salió a saludarnos su papa le Sr. Ferdinando. A las 5:30 hizo su arribo Ferdinan-do. Antes de las fotos, nos echamos una buena plática y después decidimos comenzar con las fotos, pero tiempo antes, vimos las posibles locaciones en su casa, acomodamos las lámparas y todo lo necesario para que la foto saliera excelente.

Fueron 3 cambios de ropa los cuales utilizó Ferdinando y durante tiempo record, 1hr 25 mins, tomamos las fotos correspondientes a la portada número 5 de Vallarta. Al término de la portada, realizamos la entrevista para que nos contara cómo le fue en el año que terminó y cómo le pinta el 2013. Espero y les guste nuestra primera portada del 2013 de Vallarta y aprovechamos el espacio para agradecerle a Ferdinando, las facilidades prestadas para la reali-zación de esta edición. DeaDMau5 uNhOOkeD EN STRANA, UNA EXCLUSIVA DE DOS8

Después de su exitosa presentación en México en el 2009 y con más de 3 años de negociaciones con agentes para que pudiera volver a mostrar su show en México, este 3 de enero Deadmau5 ofreció toda su energía al público de Vallarta en un show VIP en el que también estuvo presente el Dj Chris Lake y que presenciaron 1500 afortunados. La energía de este Dj internacional se desbordó por todo Strana, haciendo estallar de emoción a los asistentes que aplaudieron de principio a fin a este destacado Dj que desde principios de 2007, ha producido un gran número de sencillos, lanzados bajo sello de Mau5trap Recordings y han estado presentes en al menos 15 recopilaciones en 2007. After a very successful presentation in Mexico City in 2009, and after more than three years of negotiating with different agents, so that the show could come back to Mexico; finally this 3rd of January Deadmau5 offered all their energy to Vallarta’s audience in a VIP show where the international Dj Chris Lake played as well. 1500 people were the audience to this great event. The energy of this international Dj was spread out all around the Strana Night Club, making the people burst with joy. They applauded him since the very beginning of his presentation to the end. This outstanding Dj has produced a great deal of music numbers since 2007. These productions have been recorded under the Mau5trap Recordings firm and they have been in at least 15 collections since 2007. Miles de personas pudieron disfrutar del Concierto EXA 2012, que se realizó en el malecón, en donde se reunieron algunos de los mejores exponentes del pop en español rodeados de un ambiente de fiesta. Este concierto, que año con año es uno de los más esperados en Vallarta, fue engalanado con la presencia de artistas como Frankie J, Batarse, Dopamina, Alexander Acha, Sofi Mayen, Christian Chávez, Santino, Ana Victoria, Sandoval, Allison, Ramón Aristizabal, Andrés Cuervo y Marco Di Mauro. Thousands of people could enjoy the EXA Concert 2012, which was held at Vallarta’s jetty. The concert gathered were some of the best Spanish pop singers who were surrounded by a party environment. This concert is one of the most expected ones year by year and some of the singers who were here this year were Frankie J, Batarse, Dopamina, Alexander Acha, Sofi Mayen, Christian Chávez, Santino, Ana Victoria, Sandoval, Allison, Ramón Aristizabal, Andrés Cuervo y Marco Di Mauro. Dos8 was during the entire concert, in and out of the stage, and in the backstage set as well; talking the best pictures for you.


Como cada año, Bolo, el osito de la Navidad de Liverpool, hizo su presentación ante decenas de niños a los que invitó a vivir una nueva aventura este año, ayudándolo a encontrar a los juguetes que se le perdieron a Santa Claus. Durante su visita, Bolo y Santa bailaron y cantaron a los asistentes, a los cuales también les regalaron sorpresas y regalos. En el marco de la visita, Bolo presentó su línea de accesorios navideños, que van desde tazas hasta peluches de diferentes tamaños e incluso un disco compacto con sus canciones.

As each year, Bolo, Liverpool’s Christmas bear; made his presentation to dozens of people and children and invited them to live a new adventure, trying to help Santa Claus find the presents he lost this year. During his visit, Bolo and Santa were dancing and singing with some of the people in the audience. They also gave them some presents and surprises as well. During his visit, Bolo presented some of his Christmas accessories such as cups,. stuffed toys in different sizes and compact discs with his songs.

Con el objetivo de ayudar a los niños de CANICA (Centro de apo-yo a niños con cáncer AC) y con el motivo de la celebración del segundo aniversario de Jolie Bou-tique, se realizó en Mangos Beach Club, un Fashion Show Cocktail coordinado por Tere Marmolejo y conducido por la reconocida Carmen Campuzano. En el evento, se presentó la colección prima-vera verano 2013 de diseñadores como Gerardo Rebollo, José Luis Abarca, Alberto Rodríguez, Aline Moreno, Lilian Méndez y Adriana Barquín. La noche fue amenizada por artistas invitados como el cantante colombiano Ramón Aristizabal y el pianista Salvador Salvatore. Además, los asistentes pudieron disfrutar de regalos, rifas, subastas y una exhibición pictóri-ca de Rafael Antonio Camacho y de algunos de los dibujos de Santi Lepe, de 7 años de edad, quién libró su lucha contra el cáncer hace poco tiempo. Felicitamos a Carolina Aviña, Alex Díaz y Tere Marmolejo por tan exitoso evento con causa.

A Fashion Show Cocktail was held at Mangos Beach Club with the objec-tive of helping the children at CANICA ( Centro de Apoyo a Niños con Cancer A.C. – Cancer Children Association ) and with the objective of celebrat-ing the second anniversary of Jolie Boutique. The event was coordinated by Tere Marmolejo and hosted by the well-known actress and model Carmen Campuzano. During the event, the 2013 spring-summer col-lection was shown by designers such as Gerardo Rebollo, José Luis Abarca, Alberto Rodríguez, Aline Moreno, Lilian Méndez y Adriana Barquín. To make the night more pleasant, there were some artist performing their acts as the Colombian singer Ramon Aristizabal and the piano man Sal-vador Salvatore. The audience could also enjoy some presents, raffles, auc-tions and a picture exhibition from Rafael Antonio Camacho; and some drawings by Santi Lepe, a seven-year-old boy who fought and won over cancer a little time ago. We would like to congratulate Carolina Aviña, Alex Diaz and Tere Marmolejo because of the success of this event with a cause.

Acompañamos a nuestra amiga Brenda Lizeth Chávez Zarco en una fiesta organizada por sus padres, el Sr. Eduardo Guerrero Hernández y la Sra. Claudia Zarco Romano, para celebrar los 16 años de Brenda. El evento se realizó en el Jardín San Carlos y contó con la presencia de sus distinguidos padrinos, el Sr. Néstor Oc-tavio Rodríguez Ávila y la Sra. Yolanda Fabiola Serrato Arias, además de familiares y amigos de la festejada que vivió, sin duda alguna, una noche inolvidable. El momento más espe-rado de la noche, fue cuando Brenda bailó el vals con su papá la canción “You Lost Me” de Christina Aguilera. Después vino el baile sorpresa con remix de canciones de moda, para posteriormente pasar a la cena y abrir la pista de baile donde todos se divirtieron hasta muy tarde.

We were with our friend Brenda Lizeth Chavez Zarco in a party which was organized by her parents, Mr. Eduardo Guerrero Hernandez and Mrs. Claudia Zarco Romano to celebrate Brenda’s sixteen-birthday. The event was held at San Carlos Garden and many family relatives and friends were there, including her godparents, Mr. Nestor Octavio Rodriguez Avila and Mrs. Yolanda Fabiola Serrato Arias. Brenda had a great and unforgettable night. The most expected moment was Brenda’s waltz. She danced with her father the song “ You lost me ”, by Christina Aguilera. Later on, she danced a sur-prised performance with some of nowaday-song remix. After dinner, they were dancing and having fun until late hours.

Amigos, clientes, directivos y personal de la compañía conmemoraron un año más de exitosa colaboración y desarrollo de proyectos mutuos, en un festejo con sabor familiar y muy mexicano bajo el concepto “Entre santos, diablos y colaciones”, al tiempo que refrendaron sus mejores deseos para el año 2013. El evento sorprendió a los invitados por la atención personalizada del director general de Nivel Creativo, Javier Velasco, así como por la espectacular y acogedora decoración; que incluyó el tradicional Nacimiento, papel picado de colores, piñatas de gran tamaño, un set navideño para las fotos del recuerdo y cuatro estaciones de deliciosos antojitos y platillos típicos mexicanos, para degustar bajo la cálida iluminación de pintorescos faroles. “Entre diablos, santos y colaciones” fue una magnífica oportunidad para manifestar el agradecimiento a todos los asistentes por el apoyo brindado durante todo el 2012. Creativity, talent, inspiration and Christmas spirit were all present in a very intimate night decorated with candles and some popular harp and mariachi music was played to celebrate the traditional Christmas Party at Nivel Creativo, a Marketing, Communication and Media Agency in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Friends, costumers, executive people, and personnel were celebrating one more year of successful collaboration and the development of mutual projects in a very familiar and Mexican party under the concept of “ Among Saints, devils and Mexican Christmas Sweets .” They also renewed their best wishes for the following 2013. The event surprised the guests because of the personalized attention given by the general director of Nivel Creativo, Javier Velasco; and

also because of the spectacular and nice decoration, including the traditional Christmas Crib, colorful cut paper, huge piñatas, a set for taking pictures and four different booths with delicious snacks and typical Mexican food illumi-nated by fancy lanterns.“ Among Saints, devils and Mexican Christmas Sweets ” was a great oppor-tunity to thank all the audience because of their help during the 2012. Javier Velasco, accompanied by the Media Director, Denisse Rapp, and the Artistic Director, Jorge Sandoval publicly recognized the work of all the staff at Nivel Creativo, and addressed their disposition to keep on working on the success of all the future projects.


Con la representación de reinas de belle-za estatales, se llevó a cabo la Gran Final del Concurso Nacional de Turismo, Cul-tura y Belleza Señorita México 2013 en el barco pirata Jolly Roger en Puerto Vallar-ta. La embarcación lució espectacular con las pasarelas en traje de baño y vestido de noche, acompañadas del tradicional espectáculo pirata que pudieron disfrutar los asistentes, que fueron testigos de la coronación de Johana Jáuregui Como Teen México, Aline Vargas como Miss Mundo México e Italia Abud del Estado de México con el máximo titulo SEÑORI-TA MÉXICO 2013, que este año festejó su 60 Aniversario y con homenaje póstumo a su creador, Don Carlos Guerrero, recién fallecido el pasado mes de octubre. Con este evento, culmina un año de éxitos de la organización Miss México, ya que el pasado mes de noviembre se realizó la final estatal Miss Jalisco. El comité organi-zador, presidido por el Sr. Alonso Osorio y coordinado por Ángel Ramírez, agrade-ció a la iniciativa privada, a los gobiernos de los estados y a los patrocinadores por el apoyo brindado en este exitoso evento. graN FiNaL De SeñOrita MéXiCO 2013 Great Final Contest – Miss Mexico 2013


The final of the National Touristic, Cultural and Beauty Miss Mexico Contest was held on the pirate boat Jally Roger in Puerto Vallarta with the presentation of the most beautiful state Queens. The boat looked spectacular with the swimsuit and night gown catwalk , along with the traditional pirate show that was enjoyed by the audience. They could also witness the crowning of Johana Jauregui as Teen Mexico, Aline Vargas as Miss Mundo Mexico and Italia Abud from Estado de Mexico with the greatest title as Miss Mexico 2013. The contest celebrated its 60th anniversary and gave a posthumously tribute to its creator Don Carlos Guerrero, who had just passed away last October. This was the closing event to a year full of success for the Miss Mexico organization. On November, the state final of Miss Jalisco was held as well. The organizing committee, led by Mr. Alonso Osorio and coordinated by Angel Ramirez, thanked the private companies, the state governments and the sponsoring companies for their support to this successful event. Acompañamos a nuestros amigos del Colegio Joaquín Fernández de Lizardi, en la puesta en escena “La Fábrica de Santa”, en donde 6 niños descubren el verdadero valor de la vida y la amistad, además de conocer el significado de La Navidad, a través de musicales en los que participaron alumnos de primaria, secundaria y prepa. El evento logró llenar el Teatro Vallarta de alumnos, padres de familia y personal del Colegio que, en un ambiente de una gran familia, disfrutaron de las buenas actuaciones de los alumnos del Colegio. Esta obra fue una producción de Ateilij Torres, Sara Padilla y Yahaira Serrano, bajo la dirección general de Ms. Pera Urbina Fuentes.

Dos8 went to the presentation that our friends at Fernandez de Lizardi School did on stage called “ Santa’s Factory ” where 6 children discovered the true value of love, life and friendship; besides knowing the meaning of Christmas while performing some musical acts. The elementary, junior and senior high school students participated in the play. The Vallarta theatre was full of students, parents and the schools personnel who enjoyed the good acting of the students of this school in a very familiar environment. This play was produced by Ateilij Torres, Sara padilla and Yahaira Serrano, and with the general direction of Ms. Pera Urbina Fuentes.
